    In 2007, Hengda is going to launch a waterproof and breathable functional leather shoes, but it needs a kind of space waterproof and breathable technology.     The task of tackling technical difficulties lies on Liu Zeshun. The difficulty of the technology is that both waterproof and breathable conditions need to be met at the same time. Waterproofing requires that the shoes have strong tightness, and that they require enough "openings" for shoes, which are difficult to balance.

    Liu Zeshun and his colleagues worked hard day and night to tackle technical problems. Many times they only had one meal a day.

    After years of trial and error, he and his team developed a kind of thermal plastic material, which has both airtight and breathable properties, and 900 million holes in 9 square centimeters can block the invasion of water molecules and allow water vapor to pass through.

    This technology later won the national new patent, and the leather shoes made of this space waterproof and breathable technology were also recognized by the market.

    In 2002, Hengda began working with world famous brands such as Monte Carlo and introduced international advanced shoemaking technology. One of the highlights of the study was leather seamless bonding technology research and experiment, which fell on Liu Zeshun's shoulders.

    Through the high frequency seamless bonding technology, the broken leather is fused to improve the utilization ratio of leather to 7-8%.

    In 2010, Hengda wishes to introduce a special shoes for middle-aged and old people with "filial piety" as the theme, which is comfortable, light and skid resistant.

    This kind of functional shoe has very high requirements for soles, and the highest requirement is the skid resistance function.

    After comparing the materials, Liu Zeshun finally selected the higher cost natural rubber as sole material, but this did not completely solve the problem of skid resistance.

    At this time, he thought of the tire with the most similar material to the sole.

    According to the principle of tire, he has set up many micro channels on the soles of filial shoes. After many tests on water and oil surfaces, it is found that these shoes with micro channels will not slide on the ground with oil and water mixture.

    Liu Zeshun said, at present, there are many antiskid series soles on the market, but it is very difficult to achieve the function of anti-skid ultra light.

    He led the team day and night trial production, ranging from dimensional inspection, data analysis and calculation, material process optimization, performance test analysis, thickness adjustment and so on, and did not let go of any details. Finally, the design of 8 story bottom materials was adopted. After a year and about 600 tests, the production technology of filial shoes with the proprietary property of Hengda was successfully developed, and technological innovation and optimization were perfected, which greatly improved the production efficiency.

    Liu Zeshun jokes that he sees people at the first sight by looking at the shoes they wear and studying the structure and shape of the shoes.

    Since 2003, he has hosted 5 patents, including "one kind of leather products seamless bonding method", "last technology and shoe last", and so on. He has won the national invention patents, and 46 new utility models, such as waterproof and breathable shoes and magnetic health insoles, have won the national utility model patents. In the new products, new technologies and scientific and technological achievements, the 27 new products and technologies that he participated in the research and development of "new type thermoplastic elastomer (TR) materials, such as massage and shock absorbing shoes" and "filial shoes making technology" and so on, have reached the international leading level and advanced international level through the appraisal of Qingdao economic and Information Committee.

    Liu Zeshun has also been involved in the formulation of national standards for many times due to his outstanding business.

    He took part in the five industry standards such as leather sandals, and the footwear strength test method has been implemented since March 1, 2008.
