In 2009, Wang Yan, a designer in Qingdao, formally founded the "women's clothing brand" "one continent". At the beginning of its founding, Wang Yan firmly determined to take the high-end line. She believed that there were always some classic things that did not become obsolete as time went by.
Wang Yan also appeared to be "high-end" in the pricing of clothes. At first, people around him did not understand why a newly established brand decided to make such a high price. But with more and more consumers' recognition of "one continent" brand, "one continent" has gathered a large number of loyal fans.
For a designer, how to give consideration to ideals and management is an eternal topic. The secret of Wang Yan's success lies in the two aspects of design and market. She insists on fashion, atmosphere and elegant design style, and works hard to learn the knowledge of brand creation.
Entering the department store is the first step for high-end women's clothing to win fame. At the beginning of the brand building, Wang Yan also experienced a difficult way to enter the shop.
High end department stores have very high requirements for women's clothing brand, sales volume, design and so on. After hard work, in 2009, "one continent" officially entered sunshine department store.
Nowadays, "one continent" has moved to the whole country, and has entered many department stores in Shanghai, and many shopping malls are competing to invite them to enter.

In 2013, she founded the "deep fashion experience center", including 1000 square meters exclusive wardrobe, 108 floor mirrors, 10000 international fashion women's clothing, 28 meter private T platform, and 3 senior designers to provide installation suggestions.

After 90, returnees want to create personal brands.
Yesterday, a joint conference of Qingdao local cutting-edge designer's work was held in Ginza mall. The opening show "light winter" series appeared on the scene, stunning the whole scene, emitting elegant and atmospheric English style. This is the work of Longquan's post-90's cutting-edge designer, such as Longquan.
Longquan told reporters that "light winter" series of women's clothing design inspiration from the winter light, using retro neutral tone, showing the warm feeling of winter sunshine, adding warmth to the winter wardrobe.
Longquan likes to design when she was young. She returned from studying in England and became a teacher at the school of art of Qingdao Technological University. She always had a wish to create her own clothing brand.
After finishing her teaching work, she began to design clothes. The "light winter" series, which she exhibited, was the work she had worn out in her spare time.
Longquan also has a clear plan for the future road. She is better at the simple, practical, modern and elegant style of clothing influenced by the British influence.
"The consumer group I designed for clothing may not be aimed at young people, but a mature woman who has a certain social experience and has her own taste."
Longquan told reporters.
In view of the management of clothing brand, the designer of the 1990s has her own opinion. In her view, selling clothes is not just selling clothes to others. She hopes to provide her customers with a set of personal image schemes from clothing, makeup to hairstyle.
Longquan believes that rather than selling clothing, it is better to sell its own fashion ideas.

A young designer in the city told reporters that Qingdao now began to sell a kind of "Internet crowds" sales mode, that is, designers first design a set of samples, through Taobao, micro-blog, WeChat and other channels to launch pre-sale, wait until the pre-sale population reaches a certain number after the start of production.
This is almost zero cost for the designer, but this sales method is relatively small, because people have already formed the habit of trying before buying clothes, and this "crowd raising" way can not be tried on consumers, so few people can accept it.
Similar to the Internet crowd financing, the net red economy has become an important force to promote the development of the garment industry. Some Internet celebrities have shown their lives on the Internet to attract people's attention, and then set up shop to sell clothing, accessories, etc., and turn their attention into purchasing power.
However, this popular "net red" model has not been popular in Qingdao.
In addition to selling clothes, in recent years, many designers at the start-up stage have opened their second career, private wardrobe assistant.
That is, designers help the customers in need of the wardrobe, designers help customers to match their costumes at home, accompany customers to shop and buy clothes, provide suggestions for wear, designers provide such services mostly by the number of charges, but there is no uniform price.
