Among them, Zhu Shouxiu and Zhu Jinwen jointly sold fake Nike sports shoes, with sales of 4976 yuan, and Zhu Shouxiu sold fake Adidas T-shirts, shorts and trousers, with sales of 16291 yuan, and 35% of the above counterfeit products went to Chen Yong.

In addition, from May 2015 to July 2015, Zhu Shouxiu and Zhu Jinwen, together with others, sold counterfeit goods at the Datang International Shopping Center at Wangjiang West Road and Qianshan Road, Shushan District, Hefei, with sales amounting to more than 15 yuan.

In July 29, 2015, the Economic Crime Investigation Brigade of Pan Ji Sub Bureau of Huainan Public Security Bureau found 199 pairs of Nike sports shoes in the 2710 room of unit 3, building 15, Zhu Shouxiu, Shushan District, Hefei.

According to Zhu Shouxiu's testimony, Chen Yong and her fake Nike brand sneakers are purchased from Fujian's surnamed Lin. There are mainly three kinds of air cushion, semi air cushion and air cushion.

The court held that the defendant Chen Yong, Zhu Shouxiu and Zhu Jinwen sold goods that were known to be counterfeited registered trademarks, with a relatively large amount. Among them, Chen Yong had sold the amount of 57852 yuan, and the sales amount was 195501 yuan; Zhu Shouxiu had sold the amount of 203523 yuan, and the sales amount was 188721 yuan; the sales amount of Zhu Jinwen had been 187232 yuan, and the sales amount had not been sold for 147636 yuan.

In the end, the court sentenced three defendants to the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks and sentenced Chen Yong to 1 years' imprisonment and a fine of 150 thousand yuan. Zhu Shouxiu was sentenced to 9 months' imprisonment and a fine of 200 thousand yuan; Zhu Jinwen was sentenced to 9 months' imprisonment and a fine of 180 thousand yuan; the illegal gains of the accused Chen Yong, Zhu Shouxiu and Zhu Jinwen continued to be recovered; the counterfeit Nike shoes 464 pairs of seizures, 344 pairs of fake new hundred Lun shoes, and counterfeit Adidas sports pants and 415 articles were confiscated.
