The Management Measures stipulate that public servants' travel is subject to examination and approval, and the contents, number, location, and expected days of the business trip must be reported to the relevant leaders of the unit for examination and approval.

It is strictly prohibited to travel without substance and have no clear purpose of public service. It is strictly prohibited to travel in disguise in any name and way. It is strictly forbidden to study, exchange, and investigate and research with no substance in different places.

The travelling personnel should ride the pport according to their grade.

The allowance for meals in the province is 100 yuan per person per day.

In Daye and Yangxin, the allowance for meals is 80 yuan per person per day.

Where the reception is arranged by the reception unit, meals should be paid to the reception unit.

In terms of municipal pport costs, 80 yuan per person per day and 50 yuan per person per day in the province are used.

Daye and Yangxin counties use 30 yuan per person per day.

In the same way, the travelling personnel who provide the means of pportation by the reception unit or other units shall pay the relevant fees to the reception unit or other units.

At the same time, the overspending is partly handled by the individual if the travel expenses are not prescribed.

The expenses shall be borne by the dispatched units, and shall not be pferred to subordinate units, enterprises or other units.

The three kind of meetings refers to the working meetings convened by municipal departments.

The one or two category of meetings shall be reported to the municipal Party committee or the municipal government for examination and approval.

Of them, the staff members are controlled within 10% of the number of delegates. The meetings that require approval from the municipal Party committee and the municipal government are open to the township (town) meeting, and the participants are controlled within 200 persons, of whom the staff members are controlled within 10% of the number of delegates.

The meeting of participants within 50 persons is held in principle in the conference room of the unit.
