The Research Report on the changing trend of the organic composition of Guangdong's capital, written by the Guangdong provincial government development research center, holds that with the continuous push of the "machine generation", there will be a situation of "structural unemployment and skilled workers shortage" in the future, that is, the "employment difficulty" of the general practitioners, and the recruitment of skilled workers is difficult, but it will not cause large area unemployment.
Traditional mechanic takes the lead in awakening

He told reporters that robot technicians must be very popular in the future, and their development prospects and incomes are better than those of ordinary jobs.
Among many front-line workers seeking to pform to robot technicians, the trend of keeping up with the trend has become a general consensus.
Lu Zide, 29, was originally a machine electrician with a monthly salary of up to eight thousand yuan, which is not low among technical workers in Dongguan, but he still resigned to "charge".
Lu Zide told reporters that robots are in line with their skills upgrading direction, and if they are upgraded to robotics, there will be breakthroughs in revenue. If there is some experience, they should be able to earn more than ten thousand yuan a month.
Behind this hot phenomenon, it also exposes the talent problem behind the machine generation.
Data from Dongguan Zhitong talent show that at present, the number of robot related jobs on the platform is 645, about 3 times that of the same period last year.
Reporters interviewed in Dongguan also saw that some manufacturing enterprises that launched "machine generation" were willing to pay more than the monthly salary of general skilled workers.
"At present, most of the robot technicians in circulation are from the earliest automated enterprises, with a very small number."
Huang Yansheng, Dean of Dongguan Zhitong Vocational Training Institute, said that the imbalance between supply and demand has directly led to robot technicians becoming "meat and potatoes", and good treatment and development prospects have attracted countless people.
Reporters also noted that at present, workers who try to pform robot technicians are still mainly traditional technicians, such as electromechanical workers, machine tools workers, and so on, and the pformation of ordinary workers is not so easy.
Huang Yansheng said that the traditional skilled workers have a good technical foundation and strong industry links, so they are the first to wake up and pform most easily.
In addition, from the point of view of enterprises, the intermediate and advanced robot technicians are also more favored. They are those who can repair, maintain, program, debug, manage and design robots. They are not simple operators.
However, more and more ordinary workers are eager to take part in the training.
Pan Qingxiu, President of Dongguan Yucai vocational and technical school, told reporters that the robot training class of the school is expected to start in September. The first phase of the plan is to recruit 300-400 students, and the entry-level course will be set up.
A teacher from a training organization told reporters that for ordinary workers with a weak foundation, teaching ideas are usually "what they need to fill," and some have successfully pformed to robot technicians.
In addition, many ordinary workers are developing robots sales positions after being familiar with robots.
General workers are more likely to turn to service industries.
"Machine generation" is accelerating the change of employment structure in Dongguan.
Although more and more front-line workers have begun to be conscious and take the initiative to pform and upgrade robot technicians, it may be difficult to keep pace with the "machine generation" of manufacturing enterprises.
Huang Yansheng said that the total demand for robotics is not large at present, but it is still in short supply. If there are a large number of "machine generation" pformation projects put into operation in the future, talent demand gap will usher in an outbreak.
By the end of 2015, Dongguan enterprises had declared 1262 items of machine replacement.
In addition, according to the Dongguan municipal government's "No.1" in 2016, by the end of 2018, 80% of Dongguan's industrial enterprises will realize "machine substitution".
"It is a conservative estimate that in the next two or three years, the demand for robot technician positions in Dongguan manufacturing enterprises will increase exponentially, reaching at least tens of thousands."

Wang Qian, chief executive officer of Dongguan Zhitong talent, told reporters that in recent years, the demand for ordinary workers has been reduced, mainly due to the "picky" of recruitment by enterprises, among which there is no longer difficult for enterprises to recruit workers after "machine generation".
Wang Qian said that from her point of view, ordinary workers facing pformation and upgrading will generally enter into the service industry, such as electricity suppliers, design and logistics, and so on.
The data also showed that in the first three quarters of 2015, the manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong province decreased by 225 thousand and 400 jobs per quarter, but the manufacturing industry promoted the third industries by an average of 251 thousand and 800 jobs per quarter.
The report also believes that the promotion of "machine replacement" by Guangdong will not lead to widespread unemployment.
However, the report also believes that intelligent pformation and machine replacement will result in partial unemployment of low quality labor force, leading to "difficult employment" for general practitioners.
