Coach CEO Victor Luis points out that these initiatives will help Coach become a brand oriented company, reduce internal inefficiency and expand corporate responsibility, and maintain a consistent marketing approach in the global market. Coach's brand update has been implemented several years ago, and the company hopes that the next stage will be pformation.
