    Limited by Share Ltd ("La Natsu Bell" or "group", share code: 6116.HK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary LaCha Fashion 1 Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the group's wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai La Xia Business Management Co., Ltd., has entered into an investment cooperation agreement with Hongkong TNPI Co., Ltd. (TNPI), with a total injection of $3 million 750 thousand.

    After the paction is completed, La Natsu Bell will directly hold 20.75% of Hongkong TNPI limited.

    TNPI obtained the franchise rights of Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Caf e (Segafredo) in Korea and China (including Hongkong).

    Segafredo, known as the famous coffee brand in Italy, has established a strong brand network worldwide. Its products include coffee, fruit juice, soft drinks, desserts, western style simple meals, red wine, cocktail and so on.

    In 2015, TNPI won the capital injection of Asia YG Entertainment Group YG Entertainment Korea Korea Plus group and Korea financial group KB financial group, and brought more abundant working capital to Segafredo.

    Segafredo has been pursuing high quality products, efficient service and comfortable shop environment.

    Its coffee beans in all coffee shops in China are imported from Italy to ensure the pure quality of raw materials. The cheesecake sold in the store is shipped directly by The Cheesecake Factory, the 1 most popular dessert company in the United States.
