Wang Tiankai, President of China Federation of textile industry, attended the meeting and awarded the "China safety and protection textiles research and testing base" to Yuanfeng group.

Li Lingshen, President of China Industrial Textiles Association, said that during the "12th Five-Year" period, the annual average growth rate of the domestic textile industry for safety and protection reached 8.7%, and the products such as fire-fighting clothing, military uniform and protective clothing were rapidly developing to multi-functional, diversified and serialized directions.

During the "13th Five-Year" period, the domestic safety protection industry should strengthen 4 aspects of work.

First, we must persist in innovation driven, achieve breakthroughs in key areas, rely on original innovation to drive the development of the industry; two, rely on demand orientation, strengthen civil military integration, strengthen the armed forces in the field of domestic security, enhance the military progress with the needs of the army's security and protection; three, focus on the development of intelligent protective products, promote quality improvement, develop high-performance protective clothing that can be used in harsh environments; and four, improve the detection and evaluation system.

Fan Fuhui, chairman of Shaanxi science and technology holding Refco Group Ltd, said that in recent years, although the development scale of Shaanxi's security industry has been reduced, the technological innovation capability of the security industry has been greatly improved. Especially under the promotion of the strategic alliance of safety protection textiles, the technological resources of the security industry in Shaanxi have been fully mobilized.

In the next stage of development, Shaanxi is expected to increase its policy support to enterprises, and support the development of the industrial chain with science and technology as its support.

Jing Xiaobo, deputy inspector of the Ministry of industry's operation and monitoring Coordination Bureau, said the safety protection industry is closely related to the domestic emergency industry.

At present, the domestic emergency industry has just started, and there are some problems such as inadequate emergency system, insufficient market demand, and low awareness of residents' disaster prevention.

During the "13th Five-Year" period, the government, industry associations and related enterprises should consciously strengthen the integration of the safety protection industry and the emergency industry, and focus on strengthening the work of 5 aspects. First, we should focus on expanding the scale of the emergency industry and start the 3 year emergency action; two, we should focus on strengthening the innovation capability of the emergency industry; three, we should focus on promoting the construction of the emergency industrial system; four, we should focus on strengthening the international cooperation in the emergency industry; five, we should lay emphasis on strengthening the management foundation of the emergency industry.

Zheng Junlin, vice president of China Industrial Textiles Association, introduced the development plan and development trend of China's industrial textiles industry development and safety protection textiles during the "13th Five-Year" period.

He said that the industry of domestic safety protection should speed up the testing and technology development of textile protection, promote the construction of public service platform for emergency and public safety products inspection and evaluation, and focus on strengthening the development and application of intelligent protective clothing system, composite multi-functional anti-static and multi effect radiation resistant textile technology.

Ding Hui, President of Beijing science and Technology Research Institute, made a keynote speech entitled "risk perception and individual protection".

He said that at present, domestic enterprises have already been able to produce 9 protective areas covering heads and eyes, and meet all 75 national standards and 10 industry standard safety protection products. However, the domestic security industry is still faced with problems such as lack of protection consciousness, low cost competition, and poor pformation of research results.

Shi Meiwu, a professor at the general post office equipment research institute, said that in recent years, all sectors of the society have paid close attention to electromagnetic protection.

Shi Meiwu said that the impact of ordinary living environment on residents is not large, basically within the scope of safety. Electromagnetic protection product development enterprises should focus their attention on special tooling, clothing for patients, electromagnetic pulse protection, information security protection and other fields. Product development focuses on low frequency magnetic field protection, absorption and reflection combination, frequency selective surface, electromagnetic pulse protection technology and so on.

Yang Wenfen, director of the state labor protection product quality supervision and inspection center, said that domestic security enterprises should strengthen the main role of quality, strictly control the production process, attach importance to technological innovation, strictly test the process and conditions, and at the same time, pay attention to the stability of the testing system.

Qiu Rixiang, an associate researcher of the police equipment inspection center of the first Research Institute of the Ministry of public security, introduced the current situation of the development and application of police protective equipment at home and abroad.

He said police personal protective equipment is an important branch of safety protection products. Under the current level of technology, police personal protective equipment should develop towards high-performance, lightweight, modular, multifunctional integration and humanization.
