Lack of strength, high labor costs and intensified market competition, "going out" has become a new choice for many garment enterprises.

In June 30th, many large domestic coffee companies gathered in Humen to hold the TOIS2016 China Textile overseas investment and exchange summit. They invested in Humen's clothing industry on overseas investment environment, production costs and matters needing attention.

It is learnt that the TOIS China Textile overseas investment and exchange summit has been interpreted through the overseas textile and apparel investment policies of different countries and regions. The interpretation of overseas national data, the interpretation of preferential policies for overseas textile and garment parks, the experience sharing of successful overseas enterprises in different overseas enterprises and different regions in China have set up a bridge for domestic textile and garment enterprises to go overseas, providing enterprises with policy interpretation, park promotion, project inspection, risk assessment, planning and design services.

TOIS2016 is jointly sponsored by the China Textile Industry Federation, the China Textile Industry Management Association and the Humen Municipal Bureau of letters and telecommunications. The Humen apparel and apparel industry association and the China Textile Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. were held at the Lung Chuen International Hotel in Humen that afternoon. Xia Lingmin, vice president of the China Textile Industry Federation, vice chairman of the Circulation Association of China Textile Industry Federation, Yin Qiang, general manager of China Textile Network Information Technology Co., Ltd., Humen Town Committee Deputy Secretary and mayor Qu Hongqi, vice mayor Huang Pei min and other leaders attended the meeting. More than 100 people from Humen clothing and apparel enterprises from Europe, Vietnam, cawlin, Wei Jing, Hao Sier and AI Hong Sha attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Xia Lingmin analyzed the current industry situation and the new opportunities brought by the national "one belt and one way" strategy to the textile and garment industry.

In his speech, Qu Hongqi introduced the relevant measures taken by Humen town government to support enterprises to "go out" in recent years and the successful attempt of some enterprises to "go out", encouraging Humen enterprises to seize the opportunity of the summit and boldly "go out" and realize the new development of enterprises.

Next, the commercial counselor TEAKONG of the Embassy in Kampuchea and the Consul General of the Consulate General of India in Guangzhou T.T.Suresh respectively interpreted the investment policies of textile and clothing in various countries.

Subsequently, Zhong Xinzheng, assistant general manager of China textile expert and China Textile Network Information technology limited liability company, "read abroad", and related data on artificial labor, energy, labor, raw materials, land prices and other related data of the relevant countries, and analyzed what the enterprises can save in "going out".

SARAVAVAV.C, the representative of India's Special Economic Zone in India, introduced the BIAC related situation of the mature textile and garment industrial park.

Wang Zhimin, deputy general manager of Hebei Pan American Garments Co., Ltd., shared the experience of overseas development on behalf of the successful Chinese enterprises who went out, and put forward some suggestions for the enterprises to go abroad.

After the meeting, many participating enterprises expressed their benefits and hoped that there would be more opportunities for them to learn such information in the future.

In this regard, the Humen apparel and apparel industry association responsible person said that the high specification summit was held to help enterprises to expand overseas markets, reduce production costs, and promote free trade cooperation between Humen garment enterprises and neighboring countries and regions. If the enterprises have needs, Humen apparel and apparel industry association will also organize some enterprises to conduct field visits.
