Lanvin, Former Creative Director, Little Fat Will Work With UNIQLO Parent Company?

However, as the two sides are still in the initial stage of negotiations, the possibility of cooperation between the two is not clear.
Fast Retailing group and Alber Elbaz did not respond to this.
This is not the first time that Alber Elbaz has come into contact with the public fashion and fast fashion industry: in September 2, 2010, H&M announced that it had joined hands with Lanvin to launch a series of cooperation, and the global panic buying boom began in November 23rd.
Before that, Alber Elbaz had said she would not set foot in the mass clothing consumer market, and decided to cooperate with H&M because it was "H&M turned to high fashion instead of Lanvin."
UNIQLO has also stepped up its cooperation with fashion designers over the past few years. It launched a series of notes from Opening Ceremony and Jil Sander earlier, and joined hands with the Japanese brand Undercover. Last year, it worked with Christophe Lemaire to achieve double effects of topic and hot selling.
Recently, Christophe Lemaire announced that he joined UNIQLO as director of art, and his first series was released in July 6th in Paris's advanced fashion week.
Besides, Fast Retailing group also owns GU, Theory and other brands besides UNIQLO, so it is impossible to exclude the possibility that Alber Elbaz may cooperate with other brands of the group.
