According to Ke Yu, President of the Fujian chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, Vietnam's textile and footwear industry will be the most profitable industry after the signing of TPP.

It is said that Vietnam's export of clothing, textiles and shoes will increase by 50% in the next 10 years.

According to the survey, Vietnam's footwear export market reaches 40 countries and regions, and the largest market is the United States.

At the end of 2014, Vietnam's Ministry of industry and trade formulated the "general development plan for Vietnam's footwear industry in 2025", which was formulated in 2020, specifically for the development of footwear industry. It proposed that the footwear industry should become the pillar export industry of the national economy by 2020, and the number of shoes produced in 2020 will be 17 billion pairs by 2020.

It is understood that Vietnam has become one of the four largest footwear exporters in the world.

Although exports account for a larger share of the total output, most of the Vietnamese shoe traders are subcontractors of various footwear giants. In addition, most of the materials used in factories are imported from other countries. Many manufacturers rely heavily on foreign design, production technology and equipment, and Chinese enterprises are their main partners. This is precisely why the Quanzhou shoe materials and shoemaker enterprises have made Vietnam a big target export market in recent years.

Su Yiyang said that their goal is where there are shoe factories, where there are Kai Jia Machinery.

Now, when the domestic market is relatively weak, it will be a better choice to make efforts and layout the Southeast Asian market.

At present, Fujian's famous shoe machines, such as Ben Jia, Yichang shoe machine and so on, have also found cooperative agents in Vietnam. At the Vietnam exhibition, their latest shoe machine technology has also been exhibited at the scene.

"Because of the shift of big brand shoe factories, they directly promoted the technological level of Vietnam's local shoe industry.

Lu Tingdong, general manager of Yichang shoe machine, said that the development of Southeast Asian footwear industry has led to the export of shoe machine enterprises in Quanzhou.

However, it needs to be hardened and the product will be favored by the international market. The key lies in the advanced shoe machine technology of the company.

Emerging shoe products concern

This year, Jinjiang Cheng Long shoe material Co., Ltd. and Jinjiang city silkworm Weaving Co., Ltd. are all exhibiting in Vietnam for the first time.

In recent years, the two companies are committed to promoting the Southeast Asian market, especially to get a share of the shoe market in Vietnam.

In contrast, this exhibition is still the focus of attention for shoe factories.

For example, the new generation of music silkworm weaving shoes has attracted much attention.

"Many Vietnamese local shoe factories come to consult, they think this shoe upper is just popular in Vietnam, and there should be many market prospects."

Xiaolin, weaving Ministry of foreign trade of the silkworm, said that the exhibition was a new start for them to make efforts to Vietnam. For shoe material enterprises, the key is to improve the internal strength, continue to develop new products with high cost performance and high added value, and really use the good products to pry the market demand.
