    After the training came back, according to the actual situation of the trainees, the county town government formulated the "textile and apparel entrepreneurial talents action plan" to support and start the business.

    With the help of the government, Fu Yongqiang founded Zhuo Yuan Garments Co., Ltd. in June 2015.

    In accordance with the central and autonomous region's efforts to vigorously develop the textile and garment industry to promote the strategic deployment of millions of people, the autonomous region Commission launched the pilot project of clothing employment and entrepreneurship training in the second half of 2014, and arranged for 30 people in the city of Jiangsu to organize the training of 6 outstanding garment enterprises in 5 provinces and municipalities in Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Hubei and Guangdong.

    We should focus on training in entrepreneurship, management and technology.

    Through training, 3 people independently founded the garment enterprises in the garment industry park of Huo Cheng County, 3 people founded the electricity supplier and the logistics enterprise, other personnel became the Park clothing enterprise technical backbone, has obtained the very good result.

    According to statistics, last year, the whole industry trained 95 thousand people (excluding Corps) throughout the whole year, of which 61 thousand were enterprise training, accounting for 64.2% of total training, and 89.5% after training.

    The practice has proved that through personnel training, especially the training of the terminal industry in the textile industry chain, we can effectively promote the development of the terminal industry, and then improve the industrial structure of Xinjiang and improve the industrial chain.

    According to statistics, last year, 382 new textile and garment enterprises were established in Xinjiang. Among them, the mainland textile and garment enterprises set up 103 factories in Xinjiang.

    At present, various policies to promote the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry and the policy of helping Xinjiang create favorable opportunities for Xinjiang to accelerate the development of the textile and garment industry.

    Recently, the "opinions on promoting the development of textile and garment industry cluster" issued by Hsu recently proposed that industrial agglomeration parks and industrial clusters should be encouraged to carry out multi-level skills training and personnel training, train local minority management talents, ensure enterprise employment and improve labor productivity.

    Universities, research institutes and industry organizations are encouraged to establish industrial innovation alliances and professional service institutions such as training, design, research and development in industrial agglomeration parks and industrial clusters.

    According to the letter Committee of the autonomous region, the Central Committee and the Autonomous Region Party committee will carry out strict implementation and focus on the actual needs of the development of the textile and garment industry, and constantly increase personnel training, train and bring up a number of talents in textile and garment industry with entrepreneurial and managerial ability, and build a multi-level talent team system to meet the needs of industrial development in the new era.

    It is learnt that our textile and garment training personnel will expand to three categories of clothing, home textiles and knitting industry this year. The number of training personnel will be increased to 500. More attention should be paid to the training of management personnel such as team leaders, workshop directors and factory directors.

    The training content is the basic technology and production management, process management, equipment management, management and other entrepreneurial skills and management skills of production enterprises.

    The local cities and towns will differentiate themselves according to the local realities, and divide them into three categories: clothing, knitting and home textiles to ensure that the actual needs of the students are satisfied, and strive to cultivate talents suitable for the development of the local textile and garment industry.

    We should actively implement various policies for entrepreneurial talents training, provide entrepreneurial conditions for entrepreneurial trainees, support students' entrepreneurship, promote employment through entrepreneurship, and actively expand employment space.
