"According to statistics, the sales machinery of the whole country last year was 4156, which is 30% more than that in 2014, and it is not enough for one of our enterprises."

Yin Baoliang, general manager of Dongjia textile machinery, said that because of the shrinking of the overall market, although the market share of the enterprise has not dropped, sales are inevitably slippery.

Sales have been reduced, but the price of products has not been raised.

Take water jet looms as an example. When the loom loom was just produced, it sold 120 thousand yuan in 1996, and then the price dropped from 100 thousand yuan to 80 thousand yuan.

At present, the price of a water jet loom is only 30 thousand ~3.5 yuan.

According to the briefing, there were more than 300 enterprises producing loom loom in Wang Tai town, and more than 100 of them failed because of the bad situation.

The root cause: disorderly competition lacks core technology.

The lack of core technology is the main reason for the difficult development of many textile machinery enterprises in Wang Tai town.

Although there are many enterprises in Wang Tai spinning machine, most enterprises lack core intellectual property rights except for a few enterprises.

"The products of some enterprises are bought from other families and assembled by themselves.

Without core technology, prices will be hard to raise.

"Although our sales volume of water jet textile machinery accounts for 90% of the national sales volume, the technical content is not high, and the price is only 1/3 of the foreign advanced textile machinery."

One of the main reasons for lack of technology is lack of talents, but talent introduction is a difficult problem for Wang Tai spinning machinery enterprises.

"We basically go to neighboring universities every year to recruit, but few people are willing to come.

It's not easy to recruit and keep people here. "

Enterprises are not strong enough to attract talents, relatively few R & D personnel and lack of talents.

Disorderly competition among enterprises is another major problem that hinders the development of textile machinery industry in Wang Tai town.

A few years ago, Wang Tai town established the Federation of textile machinery industry to conduct supervision and guidance. However, the phenomenon of robbing customers by impressing prices and imitating independent research and development still existed.

"Disorderly competition and even malicious competition make the price of the spinning machine lower and lower, and it also smashed the brand of Wang Tai spinning machine, making it more and more difficult for enterprises to survive."

Under the relative saturation of the existing market, Dongjia will aim at the West and focus on selling textile machinery in Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Gansu.
