Ctrip experts say that the penetration rate of China's travel management is relatively low, less than 10%, while the penetration rate of mature markets in Europe and the United States has reached more than 40%.
Behind the low popularity rate is the weak sense of travel management, and only 27% of the enterprises in northern Guangzhou and Shenzhen are four cities with a good understanding of travel management. Up to 34% of enterprises have not even heard of it.
