According to the agreement, Wuhan Textile University and Yantai Ye Lin textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. complement each other's resources and create the "plant dyeing research and development center".

The two sides will take cooperative forms of R & D, technology pfer, patent licensing and other forms to jointly promote the upgrading of technology.
