Shi Mai is an industrial chain company integrating production, processing and sales. It has its own foreign trade company. Chu said that at present, factories mainly focus on the sale of grey cloth and production and processing. The company mainly focuses on foreign trade and domestic trade, and carries out group management and control, and strictly controls management, technology and quality.

The basic products, from the purchase side, are the original yarn, paying great attention to environmental protection, and products are firmly in line with the national policy of export and domestic sales.
While doing a good job in product quality, Shi helped enterprises operate their own foreign trade companies. Most of the products were mainly exported and domestic sales were few, and they were mainly exported to many stable customers in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and other places. Over half of the company's products were self produced and sold, while the rest were purchased by local buyers in Keqiao or elsewhere, and processed by themselves after processing, dyeing and so on.
In addition, Shi Mai also pays special attention to the promotion and marketing of brands and products. Under the tide of "Internet +" proposed by Premier Li Keqiang, the company mainly promotes two channels: online and offline.
Chu said that the promotion of online channels would include the promotion of well-known websites such as Alibaba, Baidu, WeChat public platform and so on. This year's promotion cost budget is about about 200000. The main line includes participation in various exhibitions, friends and word of mouth, and this year's exhibition cost is about 500 thousand.
Chu said that although the cost of labor is increasing, the number of people eating cake is increasing. But in the fast developing process, the market research shows that the retention rate of products in the market is 60-70%.
In the face of the current domestic and foreign textile industry environment, and Keqiao itself is a large textile production and trading hub, Shi Mai textile has arrived in today's competitive environment. Chu always believes that the biggest advantage of poetry lies in "R & D + service". For different customers, the company will assign fixed business personnel to carry out tracking, cooperation and services from the early stage to the later stage, strictly control the products, ensure product quality stability and form a good reputation, so at present many new customers are introduced through old customers.
Therefore, in the course of future development, the company will still focus on building quality services. Chu Zong believes that only when services are made up, management, product quality and so on will form a virtuous circle.
Finally, Chu said that in the next 3-5 years, Shi Mai will strive to expand the trade, strengthen the products, focus on the research and development of terry cloth products, and further dominate the mainstream market trend, so that guests can choose their own products. In terms of foreign trade, efforts will take up 30-40% of production volume.
Chu also said humorously that the company chose to set up on the day of the opening of the 2008 Olympic Games, and also wanted to use the atmosphere of the Olympic Games to make the whole country jubilant and lively.
