Huang said, "at the China Asia Europe Expo, we can see that many enterprises take advantage of the favorable policies in Xinjiang to see the unique advantages of raw materials in Xinjiang, increase the intensity of investment and build factories in Xinjiang, and many enterprises perceive the potential of the market and the location advantages of the east alliance west exit, and expand the trend of the market going out."

Qin Xueliang, the head of the exhibition booth, said that in response to the country's call for "one belt and one way" construction, and leveraging the advantages of Xinjiang's cotton yarn raw materials, Jinsheng Group invested 10 billion yuan in Kuitun in 2015 to build a Leitai Silk Road regenerated fiber industrial park, with a scale of 3 million spindles.

"Later, we will also build a green yarn ecological demonstration garden in Korla to facilitate the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry."

Yang Xiaoqin, Deputy Secretary General of textile industry exhibition, organized 12 representative garment enterprises in Taiwan to participate in this exposition. What she valued more is Xinjiang's location advantages and development potential.

"Taiwan and Xinjiang, one in the southeast and one in the northwest, will take 6 hours to fly direct, but the China Asia Europe Expo has brought us together."

Yang Xiaoqin said that Xinjiang, as a window to open to the west, will grasp new opportunities for trade exchanges with other countries such as Central Asia and Western Asia.

Urumqi is also an important city in the western part of China's mainland. It is an important import and export trade center in Central Asia, and has great potential for development.

Huang said that after Xinjiang's cotton picking and spinning, deep processing must be completed in the mainland and then pported back to Xinjiang for sale or export.

"At the same time, under the policy of stimulating employment, Kashi, Hotan and Akesu in southern Xinjiang become the main areas of textile and clothing production, but the quality of practitioners in these areas is low, and there is much room for improvement in production technology."

Huang believes that we need to face up to Xinjiang.

Weak processing, small enterprise size, and lack of brand, leveraging the gradient pfer of the textile and garment industry in the East and West, and making up the short board with the "deep looking" deep ploughing and diversified market layout, and leveraging new business opportunities.

"If we focus on the whole industrial chain of textile and clothing, focusing on the middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain and extending the value chain of textile, printing, dyeing, weaving and garments, Xinjiang has attracted thousands of domestic high-quality textile and garment enterprises including Shandong Ruyi and Tianhong Group to enter the Xinjiang to set up factories, which has played a positive role in improving the overall level of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry."

Liu Kunpeng, deputy general manager of Ruyi textile and Garments Co., Ltd. of Shandong Ruyi group, named by Huang Xing, told an international business daily reporter that since the founding of Shandong Ruyi group in Xinjiang, it has not only promoted the local expansion of employment and technology level in Xinjiang, but also benefited from Xinjiang's advantages in developing the textile and garment industry and "business opportunities along the way" in Shandong.

"After we bought the Bayi wool textile mill in Shihezi, Xinjiang, we aimed to build a large scale enterprise of high-grade worsted fabric. At present, the scale of spindle production has reached 1 million 10 thousand spindles.

At the same time, 3 factories in Kashi have entered the stage of equipment commissioning and will soon be launched.

Xinjiang has also become a "springboard" for our resource rich ore and westward. It takes advantage of the origin of Xinjiang's long staple cotton and accelerates the research and development of new products, and reduces production costs.

Besides, we have exported garments, towels and other products to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan in Central Asia, and will continue to expand channels to develop the Silk Road market.
