According to reports, during the National Day golden week, including the biggest developers in Southeast Asia, CapitaLand and Hongkong Sun Hung Kai estate, many large group stores will provide raffle service and free shuttle bus service to consumers who use UnionPay bank cards from mainland China.

Stores in Singapore have also launched various discount promotions to attract Chinese tourists to travel during the golden week. This activity is also known as the "golden week of Singapore".

R. Dhinakaran, chairman of the Singapore Retail Association, said.
The Singapore retail association is responsible for organizing the Singapore Golden Week campaign, hoping to improve Singapore's attractiveness in the local and other countries' UnionPay users.

In addition to cars, the total retail sales of other commodities have declined in the past 12 months in the past 10 months.
According to data from Singapore Tourism Bureau, the average consumption of tourists to Singapore is also declining.

Among Chinese tourists, Singapore ranked the seventh place in places outside the mainland, below Thailand, South Korea and Japan.
Compared with Singapore, Korea Grand Sale is more famous and Korea is closer to China.
Zhou Shiwei, senior director of Investor Relations Department of Ctrip group, said he had never heard of the Singapore version of the golden week before.
"I work in a travel related company, but even here, it is not very famous," he said.
"Singapore's activities are obviously aimed at attracting tourists from mainland China, but other markets are doing similar things," said Claire Mula, co-founder of Sprooki, a mobile marketing technology company in Singapore.
So the key is to distinguish between you and other markets, and to show your advantages.
