(three) introduction of the competition:

In order to speed up our school uniform work and improve the school uniform design level, the National Federation of textile and apparel industry associations, the Donghua University and the Shanghai international school uniform and garden dress exhibition organizing committee jointly organized the "2017 China school uniform and garden costume design competition". Through the design contest, we publicize the students' uniform dress education and cultural leading function, and guide the school uniform production and supply enterprises to provide students with safety, quality, practicality, beauty, reasonable price and service specifications, and ensure the physical and mental health of primary and middle school students.

(five) the requirements of the competition are:

1. Classification of works.

This collection covers students dressed all year round, including sportswear, costume and garden wear, teachers' professional wear, secondary schools, primary schools and kindergartens. There are a total of six series:

(1) primary school sports series include summer wear, spring and autumn clothes and winter clothes.

(2) primary school series should include summer wear, spring and autumn clothes and winter clothes.

(3) sports activities for middle school students include summer wear, spring and autumn clothes and winter clothes.

(4) the production series of middle school students should include summer clothes, spring and autumn clothes and winter clothes.

(5) kindergarten garden wear series, including summer wear, spring and autumn clothing and winter wear.

(6) the series of teachers' professional wear should include summer wear, spring and autumn clothing and winter wear.

The participants can choose any series of entries (the same series should be designed for both men and women), and do not accept single set of entries.

2. Design and manufacture of garment size requirements:

(1) primary school boys 150 cm standard height; girls 140 cm standard height.

(2) middle school boys 170 cm standard height; girls 160 cm standard height.

(3) kindergarten boys 120cm standard height; female 110cm standard height.

(4) teachers' male occupation wear 180cm standard height; female 170cm standard height.

3, the work should be in line with or higher than the relevant national standards, such as: GB/T 31888-2015 "primary and secondary school uniforms", "basic safety technical specifications for national textile products", "infant and child textile product safety technical specification", "primary and middle school students traffic safety reflective school uniform", "clothing logo sign", "woven student clothes", "knitted student clothes", "children's wear rope and safety requirements for pulling belt" and other national standards.

(six) competition process:

1. Enrolment: participants enter the official website (www.csisue.com) of the "Shanghai international school uniform and garden Wear Exhibition". The details of the contest are downloaded, and the entry form of "2017 Chinese uniform and garden costume design competition" is downloaded, printed, signed, stamped and scanned back to the mailbox: csisue@csisue.com, or fax to: 021-60278190.

The application form can be sent to the organizing committee's mailbox together with the design work before December 30, 2016.

2. Submission: before December 30, 2016, the participants will edit the design, style and renderings in the form of PDF electronic document, sending them to csisue@csisue.com.

3, comparison: in January 2017, the organizing committee commended the experts' commentary on WeChat's clothing design draft and WeChat's online reviews, and announced the shortlist in the http://www.csisue.com.

The entries of the entries need to be ready before April 2017. If they are not ready in time, they will be disqualified from the competition. In April 21, 2017, they will go to the T show at the Shanghai international school uniform and the Shanghai World Expo exhibition hall. They will be judged by the expert judges directly. After the exhibition, they will be awarded the medal by the organizing committee, and will be given to each contestant.

1, the design concept should embody the elements of national culture, moral cultivation, health aesthetics, safety and environmental protection.

2, style design can embody the contemporary campus culture and show the healthy upward image of primary and secondary school students.

3, color selection and collocation are elegant and generous, which accord with the physical and mental characteristics of teenagers.

4. Fabric selection is safe, environmental friendly, soft and comfortable, easy to wash and wear.

5. Tailoring is suitable for teenagers' body shape and convenient for sports.

6. Detail design focuses on the growth and development characteristics of children and adolescents, and protects students' safety and health in daily wear.

(eight) competition awards:

2, the competition will be announced on the relevant website.

3. The award-winning products are made into ready-made clothes as "Shanghai international school uniform and garden Wear Exhibition". They are included in the database of "ISUE excellent school uniform and garden clothing brand" for the demand school. At the same time, organizers will collect, display, display or recommend to professional organizations on certain occasions.
