According to the survey, the sampling inspection items are based on the main indicators of "leather shoes", "children's shoes", "casual shoes", "travel shoes" and "children's travel shoes". They include: odor, sensory quality, peel off strength of the bottom, the strength of the sole and the middle sole, the folding resistance of the shoes, the wear resistance of the bottom, the strength of the heel, the strength of the upper, the bending rigidity, the hardness, the hardness of the bottom heel, the color fastness to friction, the formaldehyde content, the decomposable aromatic amine dye and so on.

The 20 batches of products from 20 enterprises were surveyed.

According to the product classification, it is divided into 12 batches of leather shoes, 1 batches of casual shoes, and 7 batches of sneakers.

The results of spot checks showed that 10 qualified enterprises were qualified, 50% were qualified, 10 were unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 50%.

Unqualified items relate to items such as marking, sensory quality, bending resistance, lower limit of length of steel hook center and hardness of steel hook core.

The brand of shoes such as the new brand is not qualified, while the flying camel brand is unqualified.

It is reported that the reason for the failure is due to the lack of professionalism in the production process, poor production conditions and weak quality control.

Some companies pursue more profits and neglect quality requirements.
