After selecting the booth, the exhibitors should fill in the application form (if the official seal is valid), or send it to the organizing committee.

The exhibitors will submit the exhibition application form to the organizing committee, and within 5 working days, 50% or the total amount of the exhibition fee will be remitted to the designated account of the organizing committee, and the reservation booth will not be reserved after the time limit. The balance should be paid before January 20, 2017.

In order to facilitate foreign buyers and distributors to understand the exhibits and arrange for the procurement of products, exhibitors will sign up for the exhibition and provide the company's products, text and picture materials. The organizer will send information through the electronic network as soon as possible, and sign up and receive early benefits.

The organizing committee will send the exhibitors manual to the exhibitors after receiving the fees paid by exhibitors and checking them correctly. The exhibitors must read and fill out the relevant forms in the manual carefully, and send them to the organizing committee by mail or fax before the deadline.

After remitting the fees, the exhibitors will fax or copy the bank's remittance to the Organizing Committee for verification.

After receiving the payment, the organizing committee will issue invoices and send them according to the requirements of exhibitors.
