    The "13th Five-Year plan" for the development of foreign trade is composed of four parts: "12th Five-Year" review and "13th Five-Year" situation, guiding ideology, development concept and main objectives, main tasks, safeguard measures, etc., focusing on the five major development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing", highlighting the demand for structural reforms on the supply side, strengthening the momentum of pformation and development in 13th Five-Year, optimizing the structure of foreign trade, and fostering new competitive advantages.
