    Respondents said that digital products are prone to quality problems. Craft and collectors are worried about buying fake products, and they spend a lot of time and energy in the process of return, so they are more inclined to buy in physical stores.     According to the statistical report of the Changde investigation team of the National Bureau of statistics, there is a big difference in the consumption of online shopping among different occupational groups.

    In the 3 months from September 2016 to November, the per capita online shopping consumption of the farmers surveyed was 2503 yuan, and the top number of consumer goods was mobile phones and accessories, accounting for 25.31% of the total amount. Statisticians analysis is mainly because farmers are hard to buy these products in local rural areas. Through online shopping channels, they feel both price concessions and convenience. The per capita online shopping consumption of the respondents at the grassroots level is 1510 yuan, of which the middle-level and above managers spend 3818 yuan per person. In the consumer goods, the employees at the grass-roots level of the enterprises are mainly clothing, shoes and hats and household textiles, accounting for 38.13% of their total consumption. The middle and upper level managers of the enterprises are mainly furniture and household appliances, and furniture and household appliances account for 52.37% of the total consumption.
