In March 2nd, Semir clothing announced again that it would co operate with its employees to set up a subsidiary, and will operate its own brand Minette.
Judging from the annual performance, Semir apparel remains stable growth.
According to the announcement, during the reporting period, the total revenue of Semir apparel reached 107.03 billion yuan, an increase of 13.21% over the same period last year. The operating profit was 1 billion 856 million yuan, an increase of 3.37% over the same period last year. The net profit of the company was 1 billion 403 million yuan, up 4.51% over the same period last year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1 billion 427 million yuan, up 5.78% over the same period last year.
The main reason for the growth of Semir's clothing business is attributed to the fact that "the company increases investment in the Internet business, promotes the pformation of the commodity system and the retail system, and improves the quality and efficiency of the supply chain. The continuous development of online e-commerce business and children's business has promoted the growth of the company's performance."

However, according to the previous three quarterly reports, it is possible to judge that the growth of Semir apparel Q4 revenue has slowed down and net profit has declined due to the downturn of terminal consumption, resulting in less than expected annual performance.
It is estimated that the operating income and net profit of Q4 in 2016 will be 3 billion 579 million yuan and 425 million yuan respectively, representing a growth rate of 8.9% and -18% respectively.
On the contrary, online performance has maintained a relatively fast growth. It is estimated that the online revenue of the company increased by 80% in 2016.
Starting from the 2014 year of the year, Semir has gradually launched new products on the Internet, including the launch of new Internet brand and fashion partner programs, and brand collaboration with net red, accounting for about 50%.
At present, Semir has 14 brands, including leisure main brand Semir, children's wear brand balbala and so on.
In the field of women's clothing, in October 2013, Semir and SISUN jointly established Shanghai midsummer dress Co., Ltd., officially introducing the other clothing brands of it MICHAA and SISUN into the Chinese market. The brand is positioned as high-end urban fashion women's wear, and the target consumer group is 25-40 year old urban white-collar and fashion woman.
In addition, Semir has another young girl to buy the brand origin, the main young woman is cost-effective, fashion wear.
Today, Semir apparel has invested in a new company, Shanghai descendant dress Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "descendant dress"), which mainly runs the Minette brand of the parent company, with a view to promoting the implementation of multi brand strategy.
Unlike other brands, minett, which hatched in 2012, positioned the product as a medium price fashion dress for women, mainly targeting 18-35 year old young women.
According to Semir's official website, "Minette is taken from French, so the brand style inherits the elegance and romance of Paris women."
From the perspective of ownership structure, the son's clothing was jointly invested by some employees of the company and Semir costumes, with a registered capital of 2000 yuan and ten thousand yuan.
Among them, Shanghai Semir Clothing Co., Ltd. invested 10 million 200 thousand yuan in cash and held a shareholding ratio of 51%; the core management team of the descendants wore 6 yuan and invested 9 million 800 thousand yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 49%.
Among them, Jiang Shaoyong, the director and vice president of the staff, is the general manager of the women's clothing department. He has invested 3 million yuan in his own capital and has a shareholding ratio of 15%.
Employee stock ownership is also considered to be a manifestation of Semir's internal implementation and improvement of the company's entrepreneurial partnership mechanism.
However, whether the new company can operate independently after the Minette women's clothing business can help to further develop the brand remains to be seen.
According to the report in early 2015, Minette expects revenue to reach 150 million yuan this year.
Especially in the electricity supplier level, for the current Tmall brand flagship store, almost all brands are promoting with greater efforts. The price range is mostly 100-300 yuan, the largest sales volume is 24 months, and the number of fans is 30 thousand, which is not very optimistic.
