    For the equipment enterprises that have the conditions, skills, experience, management and ability to conduct cross-border mergers and acquisitions of foreign excellent brands, the relevant departments such as the NDRC, the Ministry of Commerce and other relevant departments will further streamline the examination and approval process in the administrative examination and approval, and set up a "green channel for cross-border mergers and acquisitions of ice and snow sports equipment industry".

    For some enterprises, because the business activities need to be certified by the corresponding government competent departments, the relevant departments of the State shall jointly formulate the implementation measures, clearly identify corresponding government departments responsible for the operation of different industries, and do the relevant operations, so as to provide services and convenience to enterprises as far as possible.
