It orders directly from European manufacturers and their processing offices in Hongkong, passes them to Chongqing via air, forges relevant documents, and declars imported luxury clothing and luggage luxury goods at low prices in general trade mode, and then sells profits in many stores in Chongqing and throughout the country.

Customs said the case was the largest smuggling in Chongqing over the years.
