The running shoes of sole are modeled on PEAK's best selling shock shoes, "Yue run five generation".

The soles are made of SLS laser sintering technology, combined with more flexible and lightweight TPU powder molding, which ensures the strength required for the bottom of running, and provides excellent flexibility and resilience with light weight.

In addition to using 3D printing technology and material innovation, Yue run five generation 3D printing version of the midsole shape design is also very particular.

On the basis of the continuation of the five generation prototype "multi core Resilience Technology" (NULTI-CORE), the lattice structure is used to fill the midsole, providing cushioning performance with special structural deformation for sole, and improving the cushioning property of the product.

The application of new technology helps manufacturers shorten the manufacturing cycle and speed up the reaction.

In the past, PEAK's new shoes usually took 120 days from design, research and development, testing to production. After the 3D printing technology was used, the time was shortened to 20 days.

In addition to shortening the supply chain, new technology also saves costs in R & D and manufacturing processes.

More importantly, 3D printing technology has also facilitated the production of customized products.

From a global perspective, Adidas is the first step in the use of 3D technology.

The Futurecraft 4D, launched by the German sports giant, will start mass production next year.

This is also the world's first 3D printing sports shoes for mass production.

Previously, a number of sports goods manufacturers, including Nike, New Balance and Under Armour, have launched sports equipment with 3D printing technology, but none of them have been produced in mass production.

The 3D printing version has not yet realized mass production yet, but today it will offer limited sales at PEAK Tmall flagship store. The price of 1299 yuan is much more attractive than that of Adidas's 3D Runner, which is as high as 333 yuan (2300 yuan).
