Li Lingshen said in the summary, from the survey of enterprises, the overall situation of the industry has shown steady progress. The data of research enterprises are better than the average level of the industry. The adjustment and upgrading of industry is the main keynote for the development of research objects.

The common problems of enterprises are mainly reflected in raw materials, taxes, land, environmental protection, financing and employment.

This investigation has found out the situation of the industry. The China Textile Federation will collate the policy recommendations of the enterprises in the survey and provide them to the relevant government departments for reference when making policies.

Research has achieved the purpose of finding out the situation, summarizing experience and making suggestions.

For the experience in the survey, Li Lingshen believes that the overall industry innovation capability is not strong enough compared with that of the developed countries. Strengthening the building of innovation capability is an important aspect of the construction of China's textile industry. The industry should attach great importance to it. We should support the development of the R & D base, strengthen the brand innovation and design capacity building, and attach importance to the construction of the strong foundation project.

In his speech, Sun Ruizhe pointed out that research is not only a routine work but also a warm action for the enterprises. It reflects the concern of the state to enterprises and the serious cooperation of the local research work.

From the survey, we find that the industry is undervalued on the one hand, and on the other hand, it has been touted for two days.

Coastal areas are fighting for brand wars, giving preferential policies to retain brand enterprises.

At the same time, the industrial output value is undervalued, its status underestimated, and its contribution to society has not been recognized, nor has it been given due value in the capital market.

Sun Ruizhe stressed that the development of industry and talents are fundamental and policy is the key.

In the survey, the aging of migrant workers was reflected everywhere, and the enthusiasm of young people to enter the textile industry declined. This is related to social orientation and social interaction.

Lack of confidence is related.

To solve this problem, the industry will attach importance to people oriented and enhance the level of intelligent manufacturing.

For the industry trend of research and reflection, Sun Ruizhe analyzed that, first, manufacturing became more and more scarce resources, keeping China made to keep the Chinese real economy and keeping China's future; two, the industry itself developed to the middle and high end, but the high-end product was not based on product theory.

The mode of operation is high and low; three, governments everywhere pay more and more attention to the textile industry, and stabilize the policy environment in order to retain the industry.

In view of the common problems of research, China Textile Federation must make accurate judgement, and the goal is to achieve high quality development of the industry.

Sun Ruizhe pointed out that the next step in deepening the supply side reform of China Textile Alliance is to realize the pformation of quality, efficiency and power.

Quality change is broken up, and "breaking" is to break the bottleneck of industrial development, crack down on inefficient supply, and solve disorderly competition.

"Setting up" means that the industry should acquire social cognition, establish statistical scale, cultivate talents and innovate industry models.

Efficiency pformation is the combination of virtual and entity, integration of production and finance, service and manufacturing.

Dynamic change is stability and progress, "stability" must stabilize the policy environment, communicate with the government in macro policy, and stabilize enterprise confidence.

"Entering" should promote the combination of social responsibility, credit system construction and industry, promote collaborative innovation, and promote intelligent manufacturing to land.

At the briefing, 11 representatives of the research group and the Xinjiang special research group reported the new trends of key common technology, technological innovation system, intelligent manufacturing, industry standard system, testing and certification, quality management and consumption upgrading, brand development, format and channel change, energy saving, environmental protection, social responsibility, industrial pfer, and "one belt and one road" industrial layout.
