In May 21, 2018, the new model Forum on textile and garment trade of the "belt and road" and the semi annual commemorative ceremony of the Suzhou (Changshu) Central Asian market procurement class were held in Changshu International Conference Center.

Wan Xiaojun, director of the Changshu Garment City Management Committee of Jiangsu, conveys the positive signal of Changshu's clothing city integrating into the "one belt and one road" construction. Changshu garment city is grasping the dual national policy advantages of the national market purchasing and trade mode and the Suzhou cross border electricity supplier comprehensive test area, relying on the local complete textile and garment industry chain and trade facilitation policy to reform and innovate its characteristics. Through the Suzhou (Changshu) - Central Asian market procurement class, it will create an international trade innovation plateau with an advantage of Changshu and Jiangsu, and an international procurement gathering platform.
Subsequently, the representatives of the Kazakhstan Railway Administration, China, the countries along the line, and the representatives of the operators, respectively, made statements respectively, expressing their approval of the opening of the class line and the vision for future cooperation. They hope to work together to promote the smooth road and trade integration between the countries along the "one belt and one road" along the line.

Suzhou (Changshu) - Central Asia market purchasing class has been running for six months, and is gradually moving into the normal operation track.
