President Zhang pointed out that fostering brand building is the starting point for promoting pformation and upgrading of enterprises. Although this work should be dominated by enterprises and market led, governments at all levels and relevant trade associations play an extremely important role in this regard.

In particular, the industry associations, because they are familiar with the professional situation and have many kinds of information resources, should take the initiative to help enterprises set up the stage to sing the opera in order to build up the brand, so as to make full use of the expertise of the association so as to contribute to the technological innovation and enhance the brand value of enterprises.

President Zhang said that the selection was based on the principle of fairness, fairness and pparency. Experts, professors and professionals from the textile research, quality inspection departments, tertiary institutions and credit agencies were invited to form a panel of experts for review.

In the process of selection, the expert group is independent of other factors and external interference. The experts are conscientious and responsible, and objectively evaluate each enterprise application material strictly according to the detailed rules and regulations. The selection activities were completed in June 14th by expert group review, review, leading group summary audit, targeted in-depth field visits, leading group final summary, and enterprise publicity.

Finally, 11 brand products were awarded the most influential brand in Hebei Province, and 11 enterprises were awarded the most influential production enterprises in Hebei province.
