Ordinary football, jerseys and even irrelevant notebooks, as long as printed on the "RUSSIA2018" "FIFA WORLD CUP" and other FIFA logo, can "change" to become the current export hot "potential stocks".

In the face of this simple and crude tort, the Ningbo customs "sword attack" has repeatedly stopped the infringing goods.

In March of this year, the Ningbo customs found that the body was marked with "RUSSIA SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP 2018" when checking out a batch of Electric Football boxes declared for export to Panama.

It was confirmed by the relevant rights holders that the electric vehicles violated the "RUSSIA2018" trademark right, a total of 10080, involving a value of about 87 thousand and 500 yuan. This is the first time that Ningbo customs has seized the intellectual property rights of the Russian World Cup Electric soccer.

According to statistics, during the special operation, the Ningbo Customs seized 25 cases of infringement of intellectual property rights of Adidas limited, amounting to 132 thousand pieces, with a value of more than 160 yuan. The number of cases accounted for 73.5% of the infringement cases related to the Russian World Cup.
