    Do not make bricks without straw.

    The textile industry belongs to the processing industry, and development must have raw materials.

    The raw materials of the textile industry include natural fibers and chemical fibers.

    Natural fibers come from nature, and chemical fibers come from the synthesis of oil and natural gas.

    Textile machinery industry must first focus on the production of chemical fiber industry for the textile industry.

    Chemical fibers are also divided into synthetic fibers and synthetic fibers.

    The continuous spinning process of viscose filament has integrated spinning, forming, drafting, oiling, drying and winding, so that the spinning time of the filament has been completed from seventy hours to a few minutes now.

    On the basis of the introduction of the four major chemical fibers, the synthetic fiber industry has continuously innovated and gradually expanded its capacity to achieve localization.

    The complete process technology of acetate fiber has also been realized domestically.

    The main body of synthetic fiber production is polyester fiber production.

    Before reform and opening up, it is basically in the stage of learning, research and development, and laying a foundation to practice.

    After the reform and opening up, the process of self innovation through the introduction of technology, digestion and absorption has developed rapidly.

    The polyester plant can be said to improve from scratch and improve the quality of equipment by introducing 60 thousand tons of equipment per year.

    At present, the capacity of single line production is 200 thousand tons and 300 thousand tons till more than 400 thousand tons.

    There are fiber grade polyester, and bottle grade polyester.

    Greatly reduced the gap with foreign advanced technology.

    Polyester filament spinning and short filament spinning were all sliced and dissolved by indirect spinning process in the past. The production is small and the cost is high.

    The spinning process of direct spinning of filament yarns is now realized, and directly from the melt pipe to the spinning box for continuous and automatic spinning, drafting, finalization and finished packaging.

    The filament can also detect and package the silk cake and enter the automation of the solid warehouse.

    The production line of short silk is more than 60 thousand tons per year.

    While developing civilian silk, equipment can also be configured according to process requirements.

    It includes the polymerization, spinning, initial twisting and twisting of cord cord (now used direct twister) until the localization of the technology and equipment for dipping glue.

    It is worth mentioning that after the filament is formed, the following drafting, sizing and twisting are available on demand.

    It can also divide the multifilament into six or eight thinner monofilaments through the wire dividing machine for downstream production.

    Acrylic fiber has short filament and filament yarn, and has wet and dry classification.

    It's mostly used for spinning wool fabrics.

    After the reform and opening up, the wet process line has a relatively mature traditional technology, mainly for technological pformation, to increase production capacity.

    Dry spinning process needs another new step.

    Localization of "300 thousand tons of ethylene per year" project has led to the localization of dry process acrylic fiber equipment.

    In the short term, 5 projects have been completed, including the polymerization, spinning and drafting of acrylonitrile to the forming and packaging of long and short wires, with an annual capacity of 165 thousand tons.

    With this foundation, it can be used not only for civilian products, but also for carbon fiber production.

    The whole process technology of spandex fiber and fiber used to be imported all the time. The price of the spandex fiber is more than ten million yuan per ton.

    Now through the digestion and absorption technology and equipment to achieve localization and re innovation, single and single line annual capacity is about ten thousand tons or twenty thousand tons.

    After the localization of technology and equipment, the price of spandex has dropped dramatically, and the people have benefited from reform and development.

    With China's entry into the new era, new technologies and new technologies emerge one after another. The emergence of new fibers, including Aramid 1313, aromatic wheel 1414 and carbon fiber, is coming. We need to learn, catch up and surpass.

    The technology and equipment of these new materials and new fibers are basically based on domestic production.

    Many technological projects such as warping, weaving, thermoplastics, thermosetting and dipping production lines to finished products have already been at the international advanced level.

    After the introduction of the annual production of 15 thousand tons of polyester staple yarn, foreign countries continue to develop large capacity technology and equipment, and we have changed the technology of large capacity to half spinning machine and post-processing complete equipment for the development of "relationship", forming the situation of "big horse drawn cart".

    Around the use of fiber processing technology

    Traditional fiber processing, including natural fibers such as cotton, wool, linen and silk, together with the increase of chemical fibers in recent years, has changed the raw material structure of the fiber processing industry, and the traditional fiber processing technology and technology must be promoted accordingly.

    The traditional cotton textile industry with a large quantity of noodles is no longer the kind of cotton that is spun into yarn and woven cloth in the past. Instead, it should be changed through the structural changes of raw materials.

    The mechanical technology level of the spinning machine has improved significantly. The traditional flower cleaning and carding have been extended to the combination of mixing, opening, cleaning and combing, and the output has increased from 28 kg to 100-120 kg in the early stage of the reform.

    From the bar to the combing machine, the comber is kept at more than 400 times and the noil rate is up to standard.

    Then the roving is connected to the coarse and fine yarn. The 1820 spindles of the spinning frame are attached to the collective doffing device, and the yarn is connected with the automatic winding.     While developing traditional looms, knitting machinery has also been developing at a high speed.

    Before the reform and opening up, knitted machinery can only knit civilian shirts, gloves and socks. Warp knitting machines have only one kind of ordinary chemical fiber fabrics that can be woven mosquito nets or low-grade cloth tickets.

    Due to environmental constraints, improvements can not be made. Even if foreign countries can pfer technology, domestic production is impossible for various reasons.

    When the computerized flat knitting machine was introduced into technology, it was put into a military enterprise for many years, and no products could be produced for many years. After the reform and opening up, township enterprises and private enterprises rose and worked hard to overcome difficulties and get high speed development.

    At present, medium and high-grade computerized flat knitting machines produce more than 100 thousand units per year and sell well in domestic and foreign markets.

    The multi-functional warp knitting machine is also produced by state-owned, private and foreign enterprises at the same time, and the technology promotes each other.

    At present, the warp knitting machine has realized the intelligent production. On an intelligent warp knitting machine, a machine can produce many kinds of seamless underwear and gloves and socks through the setting of the process control system.

    There are also coarse woolen, fine wool spinning, wool yarn and several blended raw materials such as the rough, yak hair and rabbit hair, and the semi - Worsted processing technology and equipment.

    These equipment have adapted to the development of the wool textile industry.

    Silk processing machinery, especially the development of simulation silk fabrics, and technology and equipment are all serving the development of these industries.

    At present, the production technology and equipment of pre acupuncture, upper needling, needling needles and flower needles are ripe and can provide complete sets of process lines.
