    Recently, the Zhejiang provincial industry and Commerce Bureau released the analysis of consumer appeals in the first half of the year. It shows that in the first half of the year, Zhejiang industrial and commercial (market supervision) departments accepted 376 thousand consumer appeals, including 183 thousand complaints, 45 thousand reports, 148 thousand consulting services, and 120 million yuan for consumers.

    According to statistics, from the consumer category, the number of the top five people is in turn.

    Shoes, hats, daily necessities, pportation, hairdressing and household appliances; the top five appeals are housing sales, decoration, education and training services, repair and maintenance services and cultural entertainment services.

    Compared with the same period last year, traditional goods still account for more than half of consumption demand, while the demand for services has increased significantly.

    From the perspective of consumer complaints, it mainly involves illegal advertising and false propaganda (26.7%), quality of goods (25.6%), after sales service (14.5%), contract disputes (6.8%).

    From the perspective of the report, it is mainly related to advertising and false propaganda (17.5%), unlicensed unlicensed business (14.3%), counterfeiting and shoddy (13.1%), pyramid selling activities (8.4%), and identity information being misled by registered enterprises (7.5%).

    Consumer demand analysis shows that the first half of our province's consumer complaints show the following characteristics: the total number of complaints continues to rise; clothing, shoes, bags, household appliances, daily general merchandise and other traditional consumer goods complaints still occupy the first place; there are many disputes in the sale of commercial housing; education and training complaints increase faster; home decoration market chaos is numerous; second-hand car paction disputes are prominent; net red economy driven consumer complaints are increasing.

    With the development of network economy, net red economy is rising day by day.

    Nearly 1/6 of the complaints and reports received in the first half of the year are related to the net red economy.

    The main problems are live broadcast content, exaggerated publicity, quality problems, trademark infringement and trading volume fraud.

    From the point of view of consumer rights protection, few consumers will collect video evidence in advance. Meanwhile, many net red just play the role of a celebrity spokesperson. The merchandise sold is difficult to trace, and the cost of safeguarding rights elsewhere is high.

    The analysis of consumption appeals in the first half showed that the reports mainly focused on false propaganda, unlicensed operation, violation of registration regulations, commodity quality and trademark infringement.

    In the first half of the year, 9840 reports of false propaganda were received, an increase of 31.2% over the same period.

    There has been a decrease in the number of unlicensed business reports, which are mainly concentrated in catering, life beauty, education and training industries.

    The increase in the proportion of reports violating the registration requirements is mainly related to the fraudulent use of identity documents to register the main body of operation, and not to register at the registered address.

    Reports on the quality of goods and trademark infringement have increased.
