    Recently, Wei Qiao textile Limited by Share Ltd has made new breakthroughs in the industrial application of R & D achievements. A key technology research and industrialization application project of weaving and molding and filling fabric has been tackled through a long-term study. Its R & D products have been recognized by the market terminal brand, and the company has signed a large order with the customers. The current production status and the quality of the next machine are good, and gradually formed a series of products, which indicates that the R & D achievements have been successfully applied to industrialization.


    The key technology research and industrialization application of one time weaving and forming velvet fabric is the key project of our textile technology research and Development Center last year.

    Influenced by the structural characteristics and technical limitations of the products, the design and processing of the existing home textile products are mostly based on graphic design and plane tailoring, which are time-consuming, low efficiency and high processing cost in splicing, cutting and sewing.

    In view of the above problems, the project has studied a disruptive solution, which is a breakthrough in the design and production of existing home textiles.

    The main innovation of the research is through the innovation of fabric structure design, the technological innovation of feather shell product design, combined with the key technologies in every key process, and the loom is used to produce the velvet shell by three-dimensional and complete modeling structure directly from the loom, that is, directly filling the filling velvet foam or lining the box like multi-layer three-dimensional structure.

    The results can save most of the cutting, splicing, sewing and other aspects of the existing feather quilt production mode, shorten the processing flow, significantly improve the overall production efficiency and product standardization of the down quilt industry chain, and reduce the production of leftovers, save energy, reduce consumption, and have extremely high innovative value.

    Its innovative value is embodied in:

    1. It can significantly reduce the manufacturing cost of the household products such as feather quilt and improve production efficiency.

    Two. It can realize seamless or non quilted quilting, and solve the industry difficult problem of filling the wool products with needle holes.

    Three, the standardization of the product can be improved, the edge of the product is more regular, the size is more accurate, and the structure is more stable.

    Four, it can reduce the production of leftovers, reduce material consumption, and protect the environment.

    Five. It can be applied to large-scale industrial applications, which is of great value to improve or even subvert the traditional production mode of the down quilt manufacturing industry.

    Six, it can provide new ideas and technical support for home textile production mode and product innovation.

    Relying on the research results of the project, the R & D team has declared 2 national invention patents and has been accepted.

    The design was also awarded the "best eco technology award" of the second China eco environmental protection fabric design competition sponsored by China Textile Industry Federation.

    In advance, it has been continuously ordered and renewed for 28 thousand meters. The terminal customer is a famous domestic textile brand in China. Subsequent customer orders will be issued in batches according to the company's production capacity, and will produce two series of cotton polyester interwoven varieties and pure cotton varieties.

    According to customers, the demand for this product can reach more than 300 thousand meters in autumn and winter alone.

    As an important breakthrough in the existing mode of production, Wei bridge textile research and development achievements can improve the traditional home textiles.
