Xixian Salon Textile And Garment Innovation And Design Alliance And Shanxi Garment Innovation Industry Alliance Was Formally Established

On the morning of September 28, 2018, the establishment of the xixianyang textile and garment innovation and Design Alliance and the Shenshan garment innovation industry alliance was successfully held in Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park. At the conference, there were 80 main leaders, namely, Shaanxi economic Confederation, Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park Management Committee, Shaanxi garment industry Association, Shenzhen Fashion Designers Association, Xi'an Polytechnic University, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Shaanxi Industrial Vocational College, Shaanxi garment engineering college and other units, and more than 30 representatives of garment enterprises, designers, and representatives of garment manufacturers in various provinces.

The xixianyang textile and garment innovation and Design Alliance was jointly founded by Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park, Xi'an Polytechnic University and Shaanxi garment industry association. The aim is to integrate the superior resources of the upstream and downstream industries of Shaanxi's textile and clothing industry, build up the innovative design team of the garment industry, and create a platform for school enterprise cooperation based on science and technology innovation so as to promote the innovative development of the garment enterprises in the province.

The Shenshan garment innovation industry alliance was jointly founded by Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park, Shaanxi garment industry association and Shenzhen Fashion Designers Association. It aims to speed up the spanformation and upgrading of garment enterprises in the province by building bridges, establishing cooperation, strengthening exchanges and drawing lessons from each other.

This Conference unanimously adopted the constitution of the two consortium and elected the first leading body of the Council. The elected presidents of the League committees made statements. The guest of honor, Pan Zhiyu, vice president of the Shaanxi Economic Federation, put forward suggestions on the development of the alliance.

Chen Huian, chairman of Shaanxi garment industry association and director of the Council of xixianyang textile and fashion innovation and Design Alliance, made the statement of "Creating Innovation Design Alliance to boost industrial upgrading and prosperity", and called on members of the alliance to seize opportunities, work together, innovate and make up short boards, so as to promote new development, spanformation and upgrading of our textile and garment industry, make new contributions and write a new chapter.

Zhou Shikang, President of the Shenzhen Fashion Designers Association and director of the Council of Shaanxi shenzhuang garment Innovation Industry Association, in his statement, suggested that the Shenzhen Fashion Designers Association, in collaboration with all the colleagues in Shaanxi, vigorously promote the talent pool and cultivation of the fashion industry with designers as the core, strengthen regional cooperation, and promote the stage of Chinese fashion brands, designers and fashion talents onto the world.

Kang Zhongmin, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park, promised that the park will give full play to the platform of the Xi'an Xianyang textile and clothing Innovation Park, a state-level textile and clothing creative design pilot park, build a bridge between school and enterprise cooperation, and effectively promote the smooth development of the alliance work.

Pan Zhiyu, vice president of the Shaanxi Economic Association, put forward proposals for the work of the two alliance. He suggested that the alliance should combine the actual situation, establish a standardized operation mechanism and make a good development plan; give full play to the resource advantages of all the parties, and build a cooperation platform for production, learning and research to achieve talent sharing and win-win cooperation; we should learn from the ideas and experiences of the advanced regional brand incubation and market operation, and cultivate the innovative design team of our province. He also said that the Shaanxi economic Confederation will play its own coordinating service function, actively support and cooperate with the development of the two alliance work, and make concerted efforts to promote the innovation and development of Shaanxi's textile and garment industry.

The conference also carried out school enterprise cooperation and exchange activities. The representatives of Xi'an Polytechnic University, Shaanxi Industrial Vocational College and Shaanxi Institute of clothing engineering introduced their respective resource advantages to the participating garment enterprises. Shaanxi Xianyang Du Ke Pu Garments Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Boya Clothing Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises also expressed their own needs and the desire for cooperation.

The formal establishment of the Xixian salon textile and garment innovation and Design Alliance and the Shanxi Shenzhen garment innovation industry alliance has opened up a new path for spanformation and upgrading of Shaanxi's textile and garment industry, marking the development of Shaanxi's textile and garment industry, and has opened a prelude to the prosperity of Shaanxi's textile and garment enterprises.
