A few days ago, the city's Bureau of human resources and social security released the list of demand for key industries in 2018. The compilation of the short list of demand for talents involves 153 jobs in 17 industries, among which 82 are particularly scarce.

The Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security formulated the Interim Measures for the collection and dissemination of information on the shortage of talents in key industries in Wenzhou, and compiled the demand catalogue in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

It is understood that with the in-depth implementation of the innovation driven development strategy, the importance of talents has become increasingly prominent, and the demand for talents for enterprises development is more urgent. In order to implement the strategy of strengthening the talents market and support the development of key industries in our city, we will promote and attract all kinds of talents to effectively deploy and operate in our city. Based on in-depth investigation and scientific statistical analysis of the demand for talents, we compiled the "demand catalogue for scarce talents in key industries in Wenzhou" and released it to the public.

The catalogue has announced the industry categories, post titles, professional requirements, academic qualifications (titles) requirements, job descriptions, shortages, remuneration and major demand areas of 153 jobs in 17 industries. In terms of academic qualifications (professional qualification or professional title), most of the requirements for talents are junior college or intermediate level, and there are individual posts requiring doctoral candidates. Most of the positions are more inclined to have relevant experience or skills.

The most scarce positions are mainly skilled personnel of all kinds of engineers, designers, CNC punching machines and intelligent manufacturing leaders. Most of the industries involved are the traditional pillar industries of Wenzhou, such as electrical, footwear, pump and clothing.
