Jiangsu Market Supervisory Authority Sampling Sports Clothing Pass Rate 54.5%
In January 4th, the official website of Jiangsu provincial market supervision and Administration Bureau released the results of the first phase sampling inspection of textiles and clothing commodities in the field of commodity circulation in the first phase of circulation in 2018.
Among them, in May 2018, the Jiangsu market supervision and Administration Bureau (formerly industry and Commerce Bureau) carried out quality sampling inspection on sportswear products in circulation areas in some parts of the province.
The work covers 4 cities in Xuzhou, Huaian, Yangzhou and Taizhou, covering 35 brands, namely, Hongxing Erke, Yi Erkang, Lining and so on, with a total of 55 batches.
After examination, 30 batches were qualified, and the pass rate was 54.5%.
A total of 25 batches failed.
The following are analyzed by item:
1, instructions for use.
According to the requirements of GB/T 5296.4-2012, the description of sportswear should include the manufacturer's name and address, product name, product size and specification, raw material composition and content, washing method, product standard number, product quality grade and so on.
A total of 20 batches failed, which were mainly reflected in lining materials, filling materials, no safety categories, durability labels, no fiber components, maintenance methods, graphic symbols and orders, and certificates and durability labels.
Instruction is the carrier that clearly indicates the correct information, product performance, quality grade and other information to consumers. Although it does not involve the physical quality of products, it has important warning functions in safety.
Misleading these important information will mislead consumers to buy.
2. Fiber content.
According to GB/T 29862-2013 standard.
After examination, there were 13 batches of substandard products. The main problems were incorrect marking of fibers and marked fiber content and test results exceeding the stipulated tolerance.
When the fiber composition and its content are significantly different from the measured results, it will affect the performance of products and mislead consumers to buy.
3, color fastness.
According to GB 18401-2010, "national textile product basic safety technical specification" and corresponding product standard requirements.
A total of 7 batches failed.
The poor color fastness will cause the pigment on the fabric to fall off and fade easily. It will contaminate other clothes and accessories. It will affect the beauty and even touch the skin directly after contact with the human body. The dye molecules or heavy metal ions may be absorbed by the skin and harm the health of the human body, which will cause unnecessary harm and loss to the consumers.
4, UV protection coefficient.
According to GB/T 18830-2009 standard, 1 batches failed.
The UV protection performance is to evaluate the ultraviolet (UV) UVR pmittance (pmittance) and the UV protection index UPF.
The above standard stipulates that only when the UPF of the product is greater than 40 and the pmittance of UVA is less than 5% can it be called "anti ultraviolet product".
UV protection is a product's protective function, which protects human skin from sun damage.
Consumers exposed to unqualified products with UV protection can cause damage to human skin.
5, water repellency (before washing).
According to the stated standard, water repellency (before washing) is more than 5, and 1 batches are not qualified after inspection.
Water repellent is the ability to resist water wetting on fabric surface. The higher the series is, the smaller the wetting volume of fabric is after spraying. The fabric with water repellent property can resist small water spray for a short time without wetting.
The index is not qualified, and can not reach the function of water prevention.
6, fast drying (one-way pmission index).
According to GB/T 21655.2-2009 standard, 1 batches of sportswear products failed.
Unidirectional pfer index is an important index for evaluating moisture absorption and quick drying performance. Moisture absorption and quick drying is to assess the fabric's ability to absorb sweat quickly from the body, drain it to the outer layer and evaporate as quickly as possible, so as to keep the body as dry as possible.
As an additional function of the product, moisture absorption and quick drying performance are often the main reasons for attracting consumers to buy.
Products that are not qualified for moisture absorption and quick drying are deceiving consumers.
Causes of failure:
1, the reasons for the failure to use instructions may be:
Some enterprises have the concept of "heavy products" and "light label". They do not attach equal importance to product labels in quality and safety. Some of them continue to use old labels or old packaging to save costs, and enterprises lack training on standard and label related knowledge and have little knowledge of label requirements.
2. The reasons for fiber failure are:
(1) enterprises do not establish a good inspection system for raw materials, and lack effective control mechanisms and means for purchasing fabrics.
(2) the enterprise lacks professional fiber content detection personnel and testing equipment, without testing, directly forged fiber content data is tagged on the label.
(3) the fiber content of the fabric supplier is directly marked up by the enterprise, and the components detected are inconsistent with the labels.
(4) some enterprises know that fiber content is wrong, and deliberately set a certain fiber content, so that goods can be sold well.
3, color fastness unqualified reasons may be:
(1) reasons for dye itself: dye structure and dye selection and color matching.
The color fastness is affected by the strength of the binding force between the dye molecules and the fibers, the stability of the bonding, and the size of the dye on the fiber.
When dyeing with direct dyes, the binding force between dyes and fibers is small. When washing, the dye is easily dissolved in water and away from the fiber, resulting in poor wet treatment.
(2) dyeing adequacy: the dye on the fiber is weakly bound to the fiber, and it is easy to fall off when it is rubbed or washed. This is the basic reason for low fastness.
Therefore, on the one hand, we must tighten the tightness of each process (water quality detection and soaping) in dyeing and finishing process. On the other hand, we must fix color by finishing auxiliaries (fastness enhancers) to improve the fastness.
(3) the degree of cleanliness of the floating color (soaping agent and soaping process): after dyeing or printing, there are more unfixed or hydrolyzed dyes on the surface of the fabric (often called floating color). If the dye is not removed, it will not only affect the color fastness of the product, but also affect the brightness of the product.
4, the main reason for the failure of UV resistance is:
UV protection properties can be achieved through the use of UV protection fiber, UV shielding agent, absorbent, coating and other raw materials production and finishing methods.
The failure of UV protection is probably due to the failure of production process.
5, the main reasons for the failure of water repellency (before washing) are:
Water is the ability to resist water wetting on the fabric surface. The higher the series is, the smaller the wetting capacity of the fabric is after spraying. The fabric with water resistance can resist the spray of small water for a short time without being wetted.
The index is not qualified, and can not reach the function of water prevention.
6. The main reasons for the failure of fast drying (one-way pmission index) are:
Unidirectional pfer index is one of the important indexes for evaluating moisture absorption and quick drying performance. The reason for its failure is that the fabric used is not completely in line with moisture absorption and quick drying functional fabrics, or it may be caused by insufficient amount of auxiliaries or poor auxiliaries when adding moisture absorption and quick drying finishing AIDS.
Attention should be paid to the selection of sportswear products:
1, instructions for use.
The sportswear products should be marked with trademark or enterprise name, size and number, and the inner package (including the tag) should be marked with product name, material, place of origin, enterprise name and contact way, execution standard number, production date, color, item number, quality grade and so on.
Check whether the identification information is consistent with the commodity itself, and whether the basic information is complete.
2, textiles in the printing and dyeing and finishing process should use a variety of finishing agents and auxiliaries, such as improper processing technology, residual chemical components, will cause harm to the human body.
When consumers choose to buy, they can smell "taste". If the product gives off the peculiar smell of stimulation, it is possible to have formaldehyde residue, so it is best not to buy it.
3, the first choice of large shopping malls, large supermarkets sales of well-known enterprises to produce products with consumer protection.
4, with the improvement of people's living standards, consumers are also looking for clothing's comfort and health while pursuing clothing cover and practicality.
For sportswear fabrics, the functionality of fabrics is one of the important factors that affect the comfort of clothing. Therefore, the functional study of fabrics is becoming the focus of attention at home and abroad.
Sportswear is functional when it is functional (such as waterproofing, moisture absorption, perspiration, UV protection, etc.). Consumers should be alert to the fact that the product is truly functional.
Pay attention to the label of product label.
Consumers understand the concept of functional properties similar to waterproofing and UV protection, and may have little knowledge of moisture absorption and dryness.
Moisture absorption and dryness: fabrics can quickly absorb the sweat from the body and drain them to the outer layer as quickly as possible, so that the body can keep dry and dry as far as possible.
Principle: the sweat emitted from the body contains both liquid and gaseous water.
The former mainly absorbates the inner layer of the fabric through capillary phenomenon, and then spreads to the outer surface of the fabric. It enters the atmosphere through evaporation, and the latter part is directly discharged from the pores of the fabric, most of which are adsorbed by the fibers in the fabric and then spread to the surface of the fabric.
