    "Integrated technology for efficient recycling and fiber preparation of waste polyester" is jointly completed by Ningbo Dafa Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Donghua University, Haiyan Haili environmental protection Fiber Co., Ltd., Polytron Technologies Inc, China Textile Science Research Institute and Zhongyuan University of Technology.

    The project is closely related to the strategic demand for recycling and recycling of waste polyester resources, and based on independent innovation, with the goal of optimizing the comprehensive utilization of waste polyester resources, processing high efficiency and cleanliness, and high quality and high value of products, we have successfully constructed an integrated industrial technology system for the efficient regeneration of waste polyester and fiber preparation.

    The main technological innovations of the project include: (1) independently developed high efficiency pre-treatment technologies and equipment for waste polyester textiles and bottles to achieve high quality, resource utilization and standardization; (2) create new technologies of waste polyester conditioning, viscosity and regeneration technology to overcome the difficulties in regenerating spinning stability and quality control of waste polyesters from different sources; (3) developed online online color matching and high efficiency differential technology to prepare hybrid polyester waste regenerated fibers with high color fastness, super soft and bionic brown; and (4) invented low melting point / regenerated polyester core / core composite fiber melt direct spinning technology, achieving the unification of low cost, high efficiency regeneration and high added value.

    The project authorized 38 invention patents, published 10 scientific papers, 3 standards, and the overall technology reached the international advanced level.

    The project has created a Chinese characteristic scheme for the regeneration of waste polyester, which has realized the efficient recovery and high value utilization of waste polyester textiles in China, greatly improved the technical level of polyester regenerated fiber, and strongly supported the development of China's fiber recycling industry after the complete prohibition of solid waste imports, and promoted the image and status of China's textile recycling economy.

    The project has built the world's largest production base for regenerated polyester fiber, of which 300 thousand tons of waste spinning regenerated staple fiber is produced, 150 thousand tons of bottle and regenerated filament are processed, and 75 thousand tons / year of low melting point / regenerated polyester composite staple fiber. More than 20 series of recycled polyester staple fiber and filament yarn of new series such as coloured function are added. The products are used in major projects and famous brands such as Sanjiang source, South to North Water Transfer, Adidas, general motors and so on.

    In the past three years, the unit has achieved sales of 7 billion 990 million yuan, 343 million yuan in profits, 148 million yuan in taxes, and 261 million US dollars in foreign exchange earnings, which has created remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits.

    2. Project name: high performance special braiding technology and equipment, and industrialization.

    The main participants are Sun Yize, Meng Chuo, Ji Chengchang, Han Baifeng, Chen Bing, Zhang Yujing, Chen Yujie, Shen Ming, Chen Yujie, and

    "High performance special knitted fabric weaving technology and equipment and its industrialization" is completed by Donghua University, Xuzhou Heng Hui braiding machinery Co., Ltd., Shandong Province Group Co., Ltd. and Qingdao hailia Group Co., Ltd.

    Technical limitations, tensile strength increased by more than 2 times; constant twist keeping mechanism and large tension control method were invented to realize the 0 twist fluctuation of the braided strand, ensure the stability and high quality of the braided strand under the heavy load, increase the weaving diameter by 2.5 times, and increase the length of the joint without weaving by 9 times; invented the weaving method and the realization mechanism of the profiling variable diameter and variable pitch, realized the online weaving of the original braiding, the large expansion ratio expansion joint spacing and the online shaping of the braided fabric; and put forward the concept of multi claw cooperative composite weaving, and designed the multi jaw clamping system, realizing the precise coordination of the multi jaw claw holding and spindle weaving, winding, core pulling and multi execution unit, and originally weaving the marine camouflage plant. The key technology and innovation of the project are: Inventing the non orthogonal, jointless closed rope braiding technology, breaking through conventional weaving, only weaving non closed rope.

    The project has independent intellectual property rights, authorized 14 invention patents, and set up 1 enterprise standards.

    The product line of the project has been produced on a large scale and exported to more than 60 countries and regions. The direct economic benefit has been 670 million 700 thousand yuan in the past 3 years.

    The project product is the mainstream equipment of dozens of enterprises in China, and its indirect economic benefit has been 1 billion 61 million 200 thousand yuan in the past 3 years.
