In terms of mode of cooperation:
1, Party B authorizes Party A to be the sole patent and brand user of the whole series of products under the "O8" brand in Israel.
2, Party B authorizes Party A to be the exclusive licensed manufacturer and distributor of the "O8" brand in China.
3, Party A accepts the authorization of Party B, and the authorization is exclusive and exclusive.
4, Party A agrees to import products from Party B, or import raw materials, and assemble them in its own washing plant.
5, Party A has the pricing power of Israel "O8" brand care products in China.
On the basis of the above cooperation, the two sides also intend to establish long-term cooperative relations, invest more resources and jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture to inject Israel's "O8" brand trademarks and patents and intellectual property rights into the joint venture to further expand sales in China and even the world's undeveloped market.
