In September 9, 2017, Shanghai Shenda Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company" and "Shen Da stock") disclosed the announcement of the Shanghai state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission to pfer the partial shares of Orient International (Group) Co., Ltd. to Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Limited company (Bulletin number: 2017-057). Dongfang International (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Orient International Group") received the notice of Shanghai state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai SASAC") in September 7, 2017. In order to further optimize the layout of state assets, the Shanghai SASAC decided to pfer the 34% stake of Dongfang International Group to Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Co., Ltd..
In January 17, 2019, the company received the notice from Orient International Group, which has completed the relevant business registration procedures recently.
After this business change, the controlling shareholder and the actual controller will not change.
