    But even so, meeting the domestic market demand is still the main driving force for the development of China's textile industry.

    According to the data released by China Federation of textile industry (2011~2017), the total retail sales of clothing, shoes and hats and knitted fabrics increased by 13.8% annually, while the total export volume of textiles and clothing increased by 3.8% annually.

    Among them, in 2018, the domestic market of textile and clothing showed a steady growth trend, the growth rate was better than the previous two years level, supporting the smooth implementation of the textile industry as a whole.

    Gao Yong said that the strong domestic market is not only the foundation of stabilizing the development of textile economy and the foundation of opening up to the outside world, but also conducive to promoting the textile industry to participate more effectively in docking and guiding the upgrading of domestic consumption. In the process of implementing the high quality development, it highlights the inner driving force for the pformation of innovation driven technology, fashion and green industry, so that people have more sense of happiness and sense of happiness in the field of textile and clothing consumption.

    Guo Chunli said that China is still in the stage of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, and the demand for high-end products is growing rapidly, so as to promote the formation of a strong domestic market. We need to improve the quality of products and improve the consumption environment, so that people can rest assured, dress well and enjoy themselves.

    Wang Yao, vice president of the China Federation of Commerce, pointed out that China's GDP and revenue growth slowed down in 2018. The pressure of export was high. The growth rate of household consumption expenditure was slowing down. The growth rate of retail sales of social consumer goods continued to decline, and the market economy environment changed from quantitative development mode to high quality development mode.

    "At present, China's textile and garment industry has a serious oversupply of low-end goods, and the high-end market is occupied by internationally renowned brands."

    Wang Yao said that the industry should continue to implement the strategy of increasing variety, quality and brand.

    Wang Yuanhong, deputy director of the Economic Forecasting Department of the state information center, said that the strong domestic market is facing multiple challenges such as the lack of endogenous motivation in the real economic development, the lack of core technology and innovation capability, and the urgent need to improve the institutional mechanism of innovation and development.

    In the new year, the structural reform of supply side should be strengthened, strengthened, promoted and smoothly, so as to truly promote the reform and landing and realize the rebirth of China's economy.

    The core of the "strong domestic market" lies in deepening the structural reform of the supply side, improving the quality and efficiency of supply, thereby enhancing the adaptability of the industry to the new market situation, better meeting the needs of the expanding and upgrading domestic market, actively guiding the consumption of the market, stimulating the potential of the market with innovation, and actively creating new market space.
