Shanghai Spot Checks 19 Batches Of Textile Fabric Products Failed 1 Batches
In January 21, 2019, the official website of the former Shanghai quality and Technical Supervision Bureau announced the results of the supervision and inspection of the quality of textile fabrics in Shanghai.
Recently, the Shanghai municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau has conducted supervision and spot checks on the quality of textile fabrics produced and sold in the city.
19 batches of products were inspected and 1 batches failed.
According to the standard requirements of the GB 18401 national textile product basic safety technical specification, GB 31701 "infant and child textile product safety technical specification" and "GB/T 29862" identification of textile fiber content, the following items were inspected: fiber content, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, formaldehyde content, pH value, color fastness to water, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to dry friction, color fastness to wet rubbing and color fastness to saliva.
The spot checks found that 1 batches of products do not meet the requirements of the company's express quality.
Samples of 1 batches of textile fabrics (1.4 m x 35 m / volume No. ARGENTINE JEWEL/2018.9.18) produced by Zhuo decorative textiles (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. were found to be unqualified.
The indication of fiber content is the most direct way for an enterprise to convey the ingredients of the product to consumers. Consumers can understand the product's performance and the comfort level through the explicit fiber content of the enterprise, so as to choose the type of products needed, so the different fiber content can guide the consumer's consumption orientation.
If the actual fabric content of the fabric is inconsistent with the content of the label, it will mislead consumers.
