    However, the precise forming technology and equipment of special knitted fabrics are not monopolized by Europe and America for a long time, which is a blank at home and abroad, which seriously hamper the development of high performance braiding industry in China.

    The research of forming technology, in the face of the technical bottlenecks such as the blank of precise forming theory and the difficulty of adjusting process parameters, has formulated the overall research thinking: first, the research of high performance special braiding technology, including the precise forming theory, weaving process and method, and key core components; secondly, the development of high performance special braiding series equipment, including the large heavy haul rope automatic braiding equipment, the automatic knitted equipment of the jointless cable rope, the automatic braiding equipment of multi-layer cable, the automatic weaving equipment of three dimensional composite pipe, the automatic braiding equipment of the telescopic tube and the tubular derivative fabric, and finally the use of these equipment to produce high performance special braided products, such as the large heavy haul rope, the jointless buckle rope, the carbon fiber expansion tube, the marine camouflage fabric, the earthquake monitoring fabric, etc. Sun Yize and his team have been working on 3D fabrics for a long time.

    It has laid a theoretical foundation for the digital design and precise forming of high performance knitted products, and proposed the automatic knitting method of the jointless buckle ring cable, breaking through the problems of low strength, poor reliability, and unable to automatically weave the conventional joint inserting, binding and retaining ring cable joints, and putting forward the multi-layer rope composite braiding method, which has broken through the problems of the elongation, tension and twist adjustment and control of various materials, solved the problem of precise forming of the cables with super long, large size and unique functions, and put forward the automatic braiding method for special pipe knitted fabrics, and realized the automatic weaving of the telescopic pipes, three dimensional composite pipes and tube derivatives, and invented the high-precision pmission mechanism, the core mechanism and components of the high-precision pmission mechanism, the tension self-adapting double compensation spindles, and so on. In terms of innovation, the project establishes mathematical models of fabric properties and materials, structural parameters and molding process parameters, and proposes a high-precision dynamic control method for twist and tension.

    How to design the optimal yarn carrier, precisely control the trajectory of the yarn carrier and accurately control the tension and twist in the weaving process is the key to overcome the problem of friction and wear.

    These problems have plagued team members for over a year, and each key technology breakthrough has condensed many sleepless nights and robotic work styles of team members.
