Zhejiang Golden Eagle Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company") convened the first provisional shareholders' meeting in 2018 in October 16, 2018, and deliberated and adopted relevant motions such as the proposal to repurchase shares in the company by centralized bidding.
Within 6 months from the date of the consideration of the repurchase stock option by the shareholders' meeting, the company intends to repurchase the total amount of not less than 40 million yuan (including 40 million yuan) and not more than 60 million yuan (including 60 million yuan), and the repurchase price shall not exceed RMB 7.5 yuan / share.

In January 2019, the company accumulated a total of 2531800 shares of repurchase shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.694% of the total share capital of the company. The highest purchase price was 5.21 yuan / share, the lowest price was 4.68 yuan / share, and the amount paid was 12 million 660 thousand yuan.
As of January 31, 2019, the company had accumulated 6548700 shares of repurchase shares, accounting for 1.796% of the total share capital of the company. The highest purchase price was 5.73 yuan / share, the lowest price was 4.68 yuan / share, and the total amount paid was 33 million 600 thousand yuan.
