"From the establishment of MAO MARThomme in April 2015 to the first filming of new products in the first quarter, and to the first new conference and fashion show on fashion week, MAO won the first prize.
From the designer to the entrepreneur, there are new challenges at every stage, and the most difficult part is persistence.
Now we need to slow down and do what is really good.
It is precisely because of the conviction and persistence in the heart that the designers who accompany the brand growth feel that everything is worth mentioning.
In 2016, Hua Mu Shen and MAO MARThomme both welcomed the expansion of the brand.
"In 2016, Hua Mu Shen set up an electronic business team and a self media team, and then ushered in a small outbreak."
In Zhou Zixiang's memory, the flow of flowers and trees on the deep line began to grow three or four times.
And the first fashion week of the fashion show also made deep cooperation with the queen of Su embroidery.
"Surprisingly good results", but also let Zhou Zixiang bottom.
"The fashion week's training makes me understand that doing a thing should still take a long time and do it steadfastly. It doesn't need to expand too fast, but what needs to be done is solid foundation."

The designer's dream is to create his own brand, but there are many designers who have been in the brand for a few years and are no longer in business because of poor management.
The designer is a unique individual. His mind is more of a combination of culture and creativity.
Therefore, it is even more difficult for designers to manage the brand operation while taking good care of the design.
"There are many stages in the development of the company. At the very beginning, we are entirely human relations management. The key is to develop products, and the best products are the most important ones."
Mao Nen recalled his memory back to many years ago. "With the development of the company, I began to introduce various professional management departments into sub departments. Later, I found a professional personnel consulting company to cooperate to sort out the personnel structure and internal standard management.
I think in the future there will be special senior managers.
This management pattern is very similar to that of flowers and trees.
In Zhou Zixiang's view, the designer himself manages the company is idealized, but people's energy is limited, not only to find inspiration, but also to study the version, fabric and other links, concentrate on the design has spent all kinds of energy, really do not have time to consider consumption and cost.
"We need to have a partner in the process of management. We are consistent with each other. He helps you manage the operation of the brand, and at the same time, I understand the development of the brand at the same time, so that the brand has more impetus."
Another problem with designers is the same as management.
With the increasing consumption in the Chinese market and the more aesthetic changes of Chinese consumers, the copying board has become more "wanton".
How to protect your creativity from being plagiarized? How can we protect the original design from being destroyed?
In the background of Tmall and Jingdong, there is an original library, where designers can complain about copying.
But the premise is that designers need to apply for patents first, but even if they apply for a patent, they will involve the other party in not recognizing the copy board, but also go back to see the order of the publication time.
"There is no time to do such things every day, so the best counter attack against copying boards is to develop and continuously develop innovative patterns and products.
