According to Suning data, the total volume of orders increased by 241.42% during the Spring Festival holiday last year.
Meanwhile, pet consumption has become a new growth point for Spring Festival consumption, and pet peripheral goods have increased by 350% over the same period last year.
It can be seen that China's consumer market has gone through the stage of imitation wave consumption, and is entering the mainstream of personalized and diversified consumption, paying more attention to the new stage of consumption quality and experience.
In addition, during the Spring Festival, nearly 90% of consumers complained about online shopping, reaching 1007. The quality and distribution of mobile phone numbers, clothing, shoes and hats became the focus.
At the same time, tourist product booking has become another focus of complaints, which received 306 pieces.
And cultural consumption is a new hot spot for complaints during the Spring Festival this year. It receives 55 complaints from movie tickets and performance tickets. The main problem is that online shopping tickets cannot be used and promises are not fulfilled.
