Phase I project put into operation

The first stage 250 water looms have been fully opened, and the products are in short supply at present.

According to the current production capacity, the output value of the first quarter is about 25 million yuan.

Sun Xuejun, general manager of the company, said: "this year, we will build a 20 thousand square meter factory building. We are currently working on the blueprint design for the new plant, and we plan to start construction in the middle of March.

At the same time, we purchased 300 water looms and planned to put them into operation at the end of the year.

Demolition of old factory buildings

It is reported that Yushan textile purchased 70 mu of the original peak chemical industry and 10 thousand square meters workshop, which was settled in road ruins in May last year.

Sun Xuejun told reporters that the company insisted on replacing workers with machines to increase labour productivity. The imported water jet weaving machines featured less work and high automation. Compared with a previous staff management of 4-6 looms, up to now, one person managed 16-18 machines, and the efficiency increased by 4 times.

At present, 250 machines only need to employ more than 10 people per shift, and less than 100 workers are employed in the whole plant area. This year, sales of 100 million yuan, profits and taxes 15 million yuan, and sales of 1 million yuan per person and profits and taxes of 150 thousand yuan are expected to be realized.

High efficiency and environmental friendly water jet loom

According to reports, in order to save water resources, the company spent a lot of money on the purchase of wastewater treatment equipment, so that 90% of the wastewater can be reused, 10% emission standards, greatly saving resources and costs.

Sun Xuejun said that the company plans to invest 300 million yuan in 5 years to build 95 thousand square meters plant and purchase equipment.

In the design and construction of the plant, the land utilization rate will be raised to the maximum extent. In the future, 4 4 story factory buildings will be built, and 1500 water jet looms are purchased. After being put into operation, it is expected to achieve 600 million yuan in sales and 100 million yuan in profits tax.
