Flexible production technology, intelligent manufacturing technology and green manufacturing technology will be adopted to form an annual production capacity of 120 thousand tons high-performance PA66 and PA6 series of FDY, POY, ATY and DTY high-performance environmental protection polyamide fiber.

In this regard, Taihua new material said that in recent years, the capacity utilization rate of the new nylon nylon filament has reached nearly 100%, and its capacity is close to saturation, which needs further expansion.

At the same time, the main brand customers such as Decathlon, Anta and so on have been developing rapidly in recent years and are planning to expand continuously in the future.

At the same time, with the continuous improvement of brand image and the deepening of market development, brand customer groups are also increasing. Thus, the continuous growth of customers' demand and the capacity of the nylon filament are nearly saturated, which constitute the main contradiction of the company's further development.

Nylon fiber is the first synthetic fiber in the world, commonly known as nylon.

At present, nylon has become the second largest chemical fiber in textile field next to polyester. Its output accounts for about 8% of the world's total chemical fiber production. Nylon fabric has been widely used in high-end clothing and special functional clothing.

China's Nylon output reached 3 million 330 thousand tons in 2017, accounting for 67.58% of the world's nylon fiber output. It is the largest producer of nylon fiber in the world.

But the output of nylon fiber accounts for only 6.77% of the chemical fiber, which is lower than the global level. With the expansion of the overall market scale of the chemical fiber industry, the proportion of China's nylon production is expected to continue to improve.

The production of high value-added differential functional nylon, such as colored fiber, high shrinkage fiber, high moisture absorption, super absorbent fiber, antistatic and conductive fiber and flame retardant fiber, has become the key development direction of the industry.
