    A Joint Venture Between The King And The French Fashion Brand To Jointly Develop The Chinese Market.

    Recently, China's menswear group, nine herd king Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "nine herd king") announced that it was jointly established with French music, fashion and lifestyle company Kitsun e France joint venture Maison Kitsun China Co. Ltd. (little fox (China) Co., Ltd.).

    Both sides account for 50% of the shares. The purpose is to carry out the management of Maison Kitsun brand and Kitsun e brand in Greater China (including Hongkong, China and Macao, China).

    The specific financial terms of the paction have not yet been disclosed.

    The move marks the formal entry of the French fashion brand Maison Kitsun e to the Chinese mainland, while the king is in the next city in the strategic layout of "platform, multi brand and full channel".

    The Maison Kitsun e brand was founded in 2002 by French Gildas Loa C and Japanese Kuroki Riya (Masaya Kuroki) in Paris. Gildas Loa C was a broker of the famous French electronic music double group Daft Daft.

    Kuroki Riya used to be an architect.

    The brand name "Maison" is the "home" in French. "Kitsun e" is the meaning of "Fox" in Japanese. It symbolizes flexibility, just as Maison Kitsun is good at developing different inspirations into creation.

    The brand logo is an elegant little fox, composed of red, white, blue and three colors, extracted from the color of the French flag, reflecting the essence of Maison Kitsun e's life art in Paris.

    Most of the fabrics used in the Maison Kitsun e clothing series are developed in Japan. 80% of the garments are produced in Europe (mainly in Italy and Portugal), but the brand 80% comes from Asia.

    In October 2016, Maison Kitsun was awarded a minority stake in Japanese fashion group Stripe International.

    At present, Maison Kitsun has 400 sales outlets in many parts of the world, such as Paris, New York, Tokyo, China Hongkong, Seoul and so on.

    The brand plan will expand its Chinese business to 50 sales outlets in the next five years.

    Starting in September, Maison Kitsun will open three stores in China's Hongkong, Shanghai and Chengdu.

    As part of its overall Asian expansion plan, the brand also signed exclusive partnership with Samsung, C & T, and opened its first store in Seoul last year.

    According to the announcement of the nine shepherd kings, as of March 31, 2018, the total assets of Kitsune France amounted to 14 million 447 thousand and 800 euros, with a net asset value of 4 million 680 thousand and 200 euros. The operating income of the latest financial year ending March 31, 2018 was 18 million 312 thousand and 700 euros, with a net profit of 953 thousand and 500 euros.

    About nine Mu Wang Group

    Founded in 1989, the nine herdwang group is a famous Chinese men's clothing company famous for its trousers and jackets.

    In May 30, 2011, the A shares of the company were listed on the Shanghai stock exchange successfully (stock abbreviation: Nine Mu Wang Stock Code: 601566).

    Its brands include: main brand: Nine herding men's clothing, sub brand VIGANO, ZIOZIA, FUN and authorized agent Korean trend brand NASTYPALM.
