In March 6th, the official website of Hangzhou municipal market supervision bureau announced the sampling of light textile products, consumer goods, sporting goods and riding products, jewellery and precious metal spectacles, decoration materials and intelligent products in 2018.

According to the circular, in 2018, the Bureau organized the sampling inspection of network commodity quality according to the key points of supervision and the hot points of consumer complaints.

The sampling platform includes Tmall mall, Taobao network, Jingdong and so on.

The sampling inspection is mainly based on national mandatory standards, recommended national standards, industry standards, commodity express product standards, and enterprise production standards.

Network operators and third party e-commerce platforms should immediately stop selling products that are not eligible for the network, and if the consumers ask for returns, the operators should be responsible for returning them.

For the operators of the unqualified commodities listed in the list, the Bureau has unified the case clue to the market supervision (Commerce and industry) Department of the place where the operator is located or where the online shopping platform is located.

At the same time, the quality and Technology Supervision Department of the commodity producers' location has been notified of the unqualified products.
